I'm curious if you have ever tried Hako Violets, which I found a tad too pingy despite liking the lightness in weight, then accidentally overlubed them, and the tiny amount of stickiness actually have left me with some crazy-cushiony but not sticky after a few days of breaking in, and are my go-to whenever my boba U4T, pandas, etc are too fatiguing on certain days
Just got these stock for my brother for his Bakeneko60 I'm gifting him for his birthday and graduation from nursing school. Only one of the switches I got had an extreme crunchiness to it, and it's still there even after lubing both the leaf and springs. Outside of that one outlier, everything else is fine. I used Tribosys 3204 and Super lube, and I did film them with kebo films. Interesting that so far in my experience, I don't have any noticeable ping in mine after I lubed and filmed them. I quite like the bump, but I miss the bottom out I get from long pole switches, since I personally use Blue Velvets Tactile from Dangkeebs (recolored Purple Pandas, p much). Might I suggest to you Bolsa Supply Corsa and KTT Mallows for the future?
I love these switches. Some of mine had quite a bit of ping, but donut dipping the springs completely solved that problem. I also ended up re-springing them to 45g and it is so nice.
From what I can gather, extreme leaf and spring ping on tactiles is a JWK trait. I'm patiently waiting for the day when Tecsee would make a light tactile.
Hold on , I thought that these were only sold lubed via loobed. did you wipe off the store lube and lube it yourself after? or did you get it unlubed from somewhere else?

yea i can confirm the crunch... i got a ton of these and even after lubing they sound pretty bad but they do feel really good

They sound so similar lubed and stock in the video, is this just because of the camera quality? do they sound a lot less scratchy in person??
those are pretty accurate to how they sound irl, not that scratchy but a lot of ping - try using headphones if it’s hard to tell
