In my opinion, the build mode could really do with an align to grid function, to make placing buildings and Vines straight, a whole lot easier. Now it’s a complete hassle and that’s putting it lightly. Again this is my opinion though.
That's one of the changes I don't like about FS22 is that they got rid of the grid snapping and it's now a lot harder to landscape, paint, and place buildings and animal pens straight.

i'm thinking about turning that field into a Livestock Area. Although, I'll still need more fields and crops to sustain animals. Edit: Or I might do this, so I can have a better equipment yard and turn the next field over into a Cow Pasture.
You can paint over the roads they don’t show up highlighter on the map so you can see the roads and the brakes in between the fields once you own the fields you own the road around it also :)
14:53 you're wrong. There was a tool that "softened" the slope of edges and the ground and it actually worked much better than this version does. You could change the size and the "strength" of the tool while using it.
It's hard the expand a farm on such small unlevel maps. I can hardly wait for a nice flat 4x mod map! I agree that we need a grid function or something to make placement easier. I hate the whole terrain deformation whenever you place a building. I like nice neat farms. I don't plan on much farm expansion until I get said 4x map with rectangular fields the stupid AI can work.

How do you put in a barn and not create a hug mound and holes? Everytime I place a barn or house I end up with it sitting on a mound and huge crater around it.
Have you noticed that FS22 is REALLY quiet on pc? I’ve got all the values turned up all the way but it’s preeeeetty quiet. Other games are fine so it doesn’t seem like a PC issue to me
@@MellowYe77ow so it’s definitely an issue with Giants. I downloaded a Peterbuilt truck mod and the volume much higher while driving it compared to literally everything else in the game.

i agree buulding grape vines is a pain in the butt and has discaouraged me from grapes

the asphalt texture mix better with the gravel and break it up nicely and u can put dirt on the sides of the track and cover it with grass
In the small one I would put bales pallets and other things like that

Yep, it's a lot quieter than 19. Hopefully Giants can get it fixed in the next patch.
