Good video thanks it has saved me calling out a engineer. my compressor is very similar to yours and when the air pressure reaches around 10 bar the motor does not switch off but the air pressure does not continue to rise , is this normal ? thanks
Kaeser should if sent you a maintenance kit for your solenoid. Which is operated by the inlet valve. The kit comes with a rubber seal and a small o-ring also a plastic center. This will avoid any no loading issues.
I serviced mine myself a few months ago and its run fine but now work start. I've diagnosed that this looks like a back pressure inhibit issue. Either my switch is faulty or perhaps my venting seal has gone? I have a replacement, didnt change it last time. Even with no pressure at all, why would the pressure be apparent (even if the guages show 0 in the separator)? Any ideas? Thanks.
Good tutorial , a nice surface cleaninig would be great
Great Machine
Iam planning to buy one of those Air compressor does it expensive to maintain .
How often do you do
And how much did you expend on the parts
How much oil do you put in?

Would you buy a used one
I think this model is too old now to be reliable. Maybe for a really low price
