98 ford ranger. Was reversing yesterday and heard a snap sound, and reverse gave out. Everything else works. Can it be the same issue?

This fixed the problem with my 1996 425 - Run air at 60-75 psi from fuel filter connection point through the carburetor.

Thank you for the video but wish it had shown the footage of cutting out the rusted metal and seeing the underside of the bed. The bed on my 2010 f150 is rusted thru on both sides near the wheel wells, got one side done last year, presently working on the other. I didnt trust using a welder or grinder im using self tapping flat head screws and rivets , i cut out the rusted metal using a pair of snips, also i put the new metal underneath the bedliner and undercoated everything after.

Can you replace only the clutch without fully dropping the transmission?

What I do since it’s just a ranger is get 5 cans of different spray paint and tap each connector so I can just match colors putting it back together

In hindsight would there have been any way to access that black box without pulling it out?

QUESTION: I have one just like this 5500xl. I keep it up and run it under a load about every2-3 months. Lately it Starts right up and runs perfectly for about 8 seconds then kills as if the ignition was turned off. Could it be the oil pressure switch?

I have fuel injector connectors if anybody needs them. You should use silicone grease when installing the fuel injectors on the O-rings.

You think a non factory ac f150 can be converted to have ac with a F150 donor vehicle? Both trucks are 2007 and both are XL 4.2L.

That's exactly why I say auto mechanics should have to be licensed just like electricians and plumbers and I don't give a damn who it makes mad. What other industry can get away with charging you and not fixing the problem--and they have a mechanics lien to back up their criminal behavior.

You use mud for oil in that motor?

Works Fine as Long as you Remove the spring clamp on the rear rubber boot near the 8 bolt and replace with a hose clamp. If you do not replace the spring clamp, you will blow the rubber boot right off and spray coolant all over the engine bay, down the road.

What did you use or recommend to clean out the inside of the case to ensure all contaminants are removed. I have mine open up and new parts in hand and plan on reassembling this coming weekend.

The anti diesel screw. Also the throttle plate spring can get weak, can cause an idle issue

You skipped how to remove the belt pulley without damaging it

If you're idle air control was installed a quarter turn too much it'll actually want to hold your throttle body open a little bit also causing high idle.
