    Just suggestion: it would be better if you spoke up a little bit more. You are whispering and can't always hear what you are saying.

    Just a couple of suggestions. That did not appear to be balsamic vinegar that you used, rather a balsamic reduction/glaze. Also there appears to be a huge amount of sweet add ins to this recipe, which could overwhelm the natural sweetness of the fig. The goats cheese also has honey in it, so together they are possibly very, very sweet indeed. Suggest using blue cheese in place of honey goats cheese to add a dimension of sweet and sour, and omit the added honey also use actual vinegar not a reduction which will give acidic complimentary and balanced tone to the dish.
