    Very bitter , seeds were removed and enough sugar added ..don’t waste time and energy

      Nahi pradeep ji ye aachar itna tasty banta hai jo ek bar bana leta hai wo fir gher mei isse khatam hi nahi hone deta mere aapne ghar mei sab log isse khate hai aur sabhi friends bahut pasand karte hai han iske seeds nikalna jaroori hota hai wo bitter hote hai aur han iska kam bhi bahut tasty banta hai aur sugar ki jagah aap jaggery bhi use kar sakte hai plz try again it’s really very good recipe 🙏🏻

    Banane ke ek week baad sari sugar crystalize ho gayi. How to prevent that. Please help

      Aapne shayad jyada cook kar liya hoga. Kya aapne sirka (vinegar) dala ya nahi?
      abhi bhi aap halka garam karke sirka dal sakte hain aur 1 kg mei 2 tsp lemon juice ke ratio se agar dal lenge to theek ho jayega🙏🏻

    Madam Sushila...I had prepared last year which I wish to repeat this year and on your suggestion I will add Vinegar 2 tbsp in 1 kg of dwarf/chinese orange. I have a doubt about quantity of sugar to be added in 1 kg of fruit. Is it 1.4 kg of sugar or 0.4 kg or 400 gm of sugar. I feel 1.4 kg of sugar will be too much. Please clarify

      Sir Namaskar ji sir sugar aap equal bhi add kar sakte hai thoda km jyada apne taste k hisab se sugar aur salt as par taste hota hai lekin aap jyada km dalenge to narangi ka taste nahi banega

    Madam Sushila.... I tried your recipe. The result was excellent Marmalade but after a week, I observe growth of Fungus in it. Can you advise as to how and what corrective actions are required

      Aap isse freeze mei rakh sakte hai waise mere pass eisa kbhi nahi hua mai 3-4 kg ka banati hu to thoda bahar rakh kar baki freeze mei rakhti hu thoda jyada pkakar sirka daliye fir bhi kharab nahi hoga.thanks for watching my recipe.🙏

      Namaskar Ravi ji aap marmalade ko freez mei rakhe isme humne koi preservative nahi dala aur ya fir thoda water that gya hoga

      Aap kisi fruits k bag mei kam karne wale se baat karke mangwa sakte ho ya fir delhi side aapke koi known rajte ho to yha lagbhag sabke farmhouses mei bahut lagti hai.
