I ain't disputing this but you get it shortly before a boss fight with an enemy who is immune to fire.
@Vale Sauce Well yeah, it wasn't designed for killing Dunmer, it was designed for killing filthy unwashed snowbacks.
Also, quite honestly by that point youve basically defeated all big threats anyway, if ever there was a time to give a truly powerful weapon why not now? Make the fire damage inate thing for the blade and not an enchantment that requires charges

Pretty sure the ebony scimitars in Tribunal also have the highest enchant value, even higher than a Daedric longsword; just have to taunt a regular guard into attacking you...

@@theleanbusinessman5431 Not if you taunt. If you taunt an NPC, then they attack you, and no bounty is assigned to you for defending yourself.
Ebony staff has a bigger enchant pool but the damage is terrible.
It does. Soul Trap Almalexia and use her for a max strength enchantment to have the best weapon in the game

So God damn true! When Fantasy WAS Fantasy! Even the Nordic Weapons had better Character in Morrowind than they do in Skyrim. What happened to that Line of Weapon Diversity? Why don't we have those Traditional Nordic Weapons in Skyrim?

Morrowind does have follower mechanics...You can hire fighters in Mournhold and they will follow you around and fight

@Jon Dillon The only thing that you can get them to dismiss, is that you get them stuck or just simply free them (and they will dissapear for good).

@11:00 you can enchant "odd dwemer weapon" and it pass over to "TrueFlame" once its put back together, PS add weekness to fire.

there is a hammer in morrowind called ban hammer, a reference to some forum where the owner used a "ban hammer" to ban trolls, and it does fire damage. in skyrim, we have a hammer called trollsbane, it does fire damage and is for reking trolls. connection much?

2 years and nobody pointing out that Eltonbrand does not have a cast when used enchantment, all three effects are cast when strikes. Not to mention that an item cannot have cast when strikes and cast when used enchantments simultaneously.
I need more of this kind of stuffs, maybe like a two-handed weapons :3

Pretty sure Morrowind does have a follower system. I know there's at least one guy in Mournhold that you can pay to follow you for a month.
But Its limited to Mournhold. And then there's pet rats and scribs. Its not hard to make a follower in the construction set, but it will be harder to make him SHARE items instead of selling them.

Yes you could also buy slaves or alternatively enchant an exquisite jewel or tower shield with a constant effect summoning effect.

Hi Camelworks, i have a question. Where is the One handed Melee Video for fallout NV?
Morrowind reminds me so much of my home isle of man like the two are so similar
I love Trueflame and mostly because of the fact you can use it as a torch.
It’s also the same reason why I love the cowl of nocturnal, Bloodskal blade,
I love artifacts with unique enchantments that do something very unique compared to other items.
Like one of my biggest criticisms of the crown of Nenelata in oblivion is that the enchantments kinda suck because lore wise it has a royal glyph and said to have unique and mystical powers and it ends up being a +alteratiom, +conjuration, spell reflect helm. Like why couldn’t they give it mind control abilities, or VAT like abilities or something very unique?

Indeed it is, but don't expect a Skyrim with simpler graphics, it's a very different game both mechanically and plot-wise. May take a while to get used to it, but once you do, it's an awesome experience.

Morrowind will chew you up and spit you out. It is not very user-friendly and you should do a good amount of homework before you play. However, once you get in the groove, it can be an amazing experience. I know it sounds daunting but it just requires lots of patience.

It does actually, you can hire followers and certain friends may follow you if you'd like. The system is just as developed as Skyrim's follower mechanic as well.

Didn't feel guilty about downloading a mod that fixed the Trueflame's DPS because the unenchanted version actually has normal swing speed, and it easily outperforms the final version if enchanted by yourself. Trueflame being so slow feels like an oversight honestly.

How did you get this guy to hold a sword in the LEFT hand? Morrowind has lefthanded archery, spears and halberds, but all the rest of weapons are right handed.

Eltonbrand is easy to get with Morrowind Patch Project. You literally only need gold, which is easy to come by. And you can get Eltonbrand, which is an extremely powerful weapon. Goldbrand is out of charge after 10 hits, but Eltonbrand takes 100 strikes after its charge is depleted. If you do Boethiah quest early, you can spend a long time with only one weapon. It's one of the most controversial changes in MPP, but who doesn't enjoy having a better sword.

Can someone tell me why my Trueflame sword looked like the one in this video, with the fire effect way out in front/below the blade? I can't find anything about this online, but this is exactly what I remember from the OG Xbox days, and it ruined it for me back then!

also if its higher than 75% magnitude you are most of the times not noticed by hostile npcs
which explains why you are noticed by anyone when assaulting

TES3MP is out but still in development, it's not a mod and it's installation is a bit complicated but it's all worth it! It enables multiplayer in server based games!
Oh also the chameleon on the shadowsting let's you murder people in front of others without getting wanted because npcs won't see the person you're hitting

Wish the more recent TES games had *ACTUALLY* unique weapons. Sure, some had unique enchantments, but were _either reskins or regular weapons you could make/find_ (Daedric artifacts aren’t counted as they are literally only obtainable from the daedric princess/princes, and can’t be unenchanted). Sure, in Skyrim the Dragonborn DLC had _some_ like the champions crudgel and dwarvern black bow of fate with a VERY few others

Easiest, and Quickest way to get Her Hands Ebony Scimitar is as Follows: Just go to Mournhold in the Palace Courtyard or the South Eastern Guard Tower in Balmora, both Areas Contains just 1 Guard (Hope your Hand-to-hand is High), unequip any Weapon you currently have, and just Punch the Guard, it will give you a Bounty of 40 Gold and Guards don't rush to chase your sorry ass down, when prompt to Pay your Fine, go to Jail, or Resist Arrest, it's obvious that you want to Resist Arrest, then commence to beat the fucking shit out of the Guard and kill him. DO NOT USE A WEAPON ON YOUR FIRST GUARD!!! That is very important to know, otherwise it will count as either Assault with a Weapon or Murder, being 1000 Gold added on to your 40 Gold as well.
If you are coming from Balmora: Once you kill and loot the sorry bitch and sell or keep his stuff, go to Ebonheart, via Silt Strider to Vivec, then by Boat (next to the Silt Strider), find the Lady Breton in Red, asker her “Travel to the Mainland”, IMPORTANT!!!! YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE BEEN TARGETED BY THE DARK BROTHERHOOD AND INFORMED A GUARD ABOUT IT BEFORE PREFORMING YOUR UNARMED ASSAULT, AND YOU HAVE ALREADY TALKED TO APELLES IN EBONHEART, WHO IS CONSIDERED A GUARD AND IS ESSENTIAL, AND HE WILL DIRECT YOU TO the Lady Breton in Red! Once that you are there, turn around immediately to face a door, go through it, then proceed to any Location with Her Hands patrolling around, NOTE- it's best to find 1 that is too far away from the others, because they'll kick your Ass, Boot! And given that their Scimitars can Permanently Damage your Strength, I hope you all you have is your Gold, Armor, and Weapon on you, because if they don't kill you out right, they'll take out your Strength to the point that even 0.1 Once will over encumber your sorry unprepared Ass, so a 1-on-1 confrontation is Highly Advised. Now, once you found a Lone Her Hands, AND IT'S JUST A Her Hands Guard, NOT ANYONE WITH AN ACTUAL NAME BECAUSE THEY ARE QUEST RELATED, talk to him first, you'll get the prompt to pay a 38 Gold Bounty instead of 40 because you went and turned yourself in willing, you can Pay your Fine, go to jail, or Resist Arrest, boy, I hope you got your weapon equipped because Hand-to-hand ain't gonna cut it this time, UNLESS YOU WANT TO PLAY IT SAFE, ARE BALLSY, OR JUST STUPID, you can Battle him unarmed, you'll want to Resist Arrest of course, and then Battle to the Death! For some Godsend Reason, this is considered as an Act of Self Defense, so your Bounty won't go up, but stick in 1 Location, you don't need to be running around Drawing a Big Ass Hoard of Guards, once you beat the guy to death, TAKE. ALL. THAT. BOOTY. But in order to keep it when you pay your Fine? Sell it and Hope you got the Mula to buy it back because Bethesda obviously didn't understand how to Properly Value stuff, so you will be the Sorry Ass Poor Sucker who has to pay pretty much Triple. Or if you're just selling, then it's the Sorry Ass Poor Sucker who you are Selling to who should have had more Gold.
If you're already in Mournhold, then just do unarmed Assault on the Lone Palace Guard in the Palace Courtyard, beat his Ass in unarmed combat. Then Move your Ass, Boot, with that Sweet Low Bounty of 40 Gold, go out to find a Her Hands Guard, and kill that Fool by Resisting Arrest FIRST. Then take his Shit!
IMPORTANT NOTE: just like the Indoril Guards, the Her Hands Guards will prompt a Verbal Response when you talk to them WHILE Wearing the Her Hands Armor, and will say something along the lines that you Defile something or other, and will then Proceed to Slaughter your Dumb, Bimbo Ass for wearing it. If you were not GIVEN a Set for completing a Quest or more in Mournhold, they'll Attack you.
So that's just a little tip for everyone who wants to Experience Morrowind and the Tribunal Expansion.

sniperkain The Umbra sword was in Morrowind, an ork carried along with a full set of ebong armory. The sword was a 2 handed sword though.
How did i never find shadowsting before
There was a deadric like half hoop sword thing I remember when I was a teenager, but I can't remember what it's called or how to get it.
In fact it doesn't even seem to be on the Fandom page.

All the time I put in Morrowind there was still 2 of these I never heard of. MORE LIKE THISS!!!!!!!! Shame I'll never use these weapons since daedric crescent is just soooooo broken.
