First click on User Settings and scroll down to the bottom where you see Activity Privacy. Once you see that click on it and make sure the first box "Display current activity as a status message" is turned on.
It works on me, but when I looked at my alt acc or my friends acc. it doesn't show up. Plus vencord is not helping at all they're ignoring the question.
Make sure your youtube or twitch link is valid, you can tell this by looking at the very top of the settings in the streaming status, if the "watch" button is not there then that means the link is invalid, also make sure that Display current activity as a status message is on in Activity Privacy.
