@@amart23 you mean you aren’t a fan of active stalling and fighting a RNC for 20 straight minutes? In all seriousness it’s sad we got robbed of Meregali Vs Gordon or Tye vs Gordon (Tye got robbed imo)
@@michaelreader2929 Tye did amazing on the absolute. I can see him taking gold this year and doing an amazing run on the absolute again if he stands for it. Maybe we can see him stacking up for a rematch with Meregali
I came to the comments to say this exactly. Off rip it cuts away from the ending to matches that you invest 8 minutes into watching then cuts to another map and I get it “re-live” but put out the matches also they put 0 effort into editing content
Isn't Marcelo's career still more impressive? Or even Rafa. I don't see enough skill in the weight class to say they are as skilled as the smaller guys. Gordon may be the innovator of big guy strategic grappling. The heavy guys burn out so fast, now they have to adapt to the strategy Gordon uses.
@@FentonMulley-cz8pv i definitely agree that Marcelo's no gi career was a better display of jiu jitsu technique he overcame way crazier mismatches then Ryan in absolute . there's so many insane highlights and backstories from every adcc..ill just say the guy was 20 pounds underweight for 2003 adcc. im willing to assume he was a natural athlete. he doesn't lift weights and the guy had a entire school watching him. no one has ever come forward saying he lifts.
@@guillermomeyer2424 that's silly. They both have absolute wins. The adcc absolute is basically the same as Gordons division. He isn't special for winning against people his size or smaller. Marcelo and Rafa both have shown more precision and knowledge than Gordon. The techniques they developed changed the game. Gordons skill level is average. If Gary tonon was as big as Gordon, he would win every time. It's exciting to say goat, but that label accomplishes nothing. Gordon is at the right place to show how strategy is the key to the absolute and heavier divisions.
That cagey, non engaging style of top play gotta be the most boring of all jiu jitsu. Carefully looking up at the clock to see if you’re up by penalty.
It’s so crazy that you don’t edit out the technical difficulties that you had during the live stream
Tye and Kade are so freaking fun to watch and just absolutely relentless. incredibly awesome competition jiu jitsu
So Yuri won with only scoring 2 points the entire bracket and they were against 41 year old Cyborg? Incredible lol
yea, and his and Gordon's super fight is going to be THE most boring super fight ever.

@@Threewlz that would be awesome but I think Tye and Kade want to switch weight classes or maybe go to Craig Jones’s event instead
That guy is a joke. He is so good at playing the game by nickel and dimming it like Galvo too
Does anyone else fast forward till it gets to the ground?
Everybody!

this was just 3 hours of collar ties
Why wasn’t Gordon Ryan in this?
Is Cyborg's goal to put us to sleep?
Would love to see more EDITED videos. Feels like flo is posting hours long re-runs… but come on, most of us aren’t sitting through all of that
Then skip through it LOL you have the ability to NOT watch the whole thing.

No, he just love his "brother"

There will never again be someone like Gordon! The definition of : ''There's levels to this''

Ladies and gentlemen, the laziest most amateur editing and marketing staff in all of “professional” sports, flograppling
Meregali got 2 takedowns against Tye after 5 minutes and make no points.
You guys really need to hire some competent sound engineers
Yuri is so boring I’m still mad he won this absolute 😭
He literally didn’t even pretend to try and pass or submit Lachlan. Just saw the negative and waited for the match to end.
