I made a design for a solar tricycle in solidworks, for analysis after importing it was not meshing stating obsolete mesh and also said invalid geometry due to zero thickness(I used square tubes in weldments). Please let me know where I have gone wrong. If possible let me know how can I reach out for help as my deadline is near

You are facing this issue because your pipes trim is not proper. Watch my video on "How to Edit Green Dots" to know reasons of mesh failure.
