I’m hoping to get to Cedar Point too! My son and his girlfriend drove 9 hours (NY to Ohio) and had the best week ever there this past summer. They want to go back and bring me and his sister 🎢

i’ve always been terrified of rollercoasters but lately i’ve been going to knotts and getting on them and watching your videos make me wanna try the bigger ones in six flags
Honestly there is not really a tip on how to get over them! I use to be terrified of them I did not wanna go on any type of ride no matter what it just scared me and would give me anxiety! Until one day I was like oh I’m going to try my hardest to get over my fear because I wanna be able to ride the big rides and not be terrified anymore! And so when I got to six flags the first ride there was full throttle and I still had said no then went to Goliath and said no as well but I went to twisted colossus and decided to try it. Because I wanted to at least go on one! I went on it obviously I was terrified I was panicking! I say the worst part is going up instead of down ! But yea so then I went on it and when I got off I was like I did it. If I can do that they I can do others and I ended up going on the other ones and Full throttle but to be honest I’m still scared of Goliath.😂 but just take some time and go on then slowly it’s really fun once u try it! Obviously u will be scared but that’s the whole point of roller coasters ! Once you get on it and try it out u will see how your fear disappears after!! but don’t put to much pressure on yourself if you feel u cant do it yet then don’t, it all takes time:)
Major Respect for holding your phone on these rides. Especially Goliath, 255 Feet! I could barely hold my phone at 11:05 I would be paranoid I would drop it. Fire vid 🔥🔥

Yess! I went to knots multiple times and I finished all the rides there, especially my favorite cuz it shut down I think 1-2 years, hang time. I love six flags and I can't wait to go because I want to go to Goliath.
Yes!!! I’ve been to magic mountain more times than I can count. Goliath is super underrated everyone doesn’t like it that much but I thinks it’s amazing. If you can only go for one day, I’d recommend going on Goliath Twisted Collosus (my personal favorite) Batman (If open, hasn’t been open do to construction) Riddlers revenge Tatsu Full throttle (Only if it’s a walk on) Water rides (if u go in the summer) West coast racers Also haven’t been on it, but FOR SURE EVEN IF 4 hour wait X2

All these rollercoasters look so fun and terrifying at the same time... Now just have to make a trip out there from Texas 😅 and Goliath looks a lot like the Titan at SFOT.
Viper used to be my favorite back in the 90s because it had it all, speed, loops and length. But after riding it 2 years ago which was over 20 years after I last rode it, forget about it, it’s just too jerky. Goliath is now my favorite along with Twisted Colossus
I came off this ride (X2) last year with a huge headache and it was so rough. I felt like I had been in an accident or something. I love Magic Mountain but definitely not my fav. ride here.
It’s crazy how in different sixflags rides in different places have the same name but there different coasters bc viper in my sixflags (sixflags great america) is a pretty good wooden coaster and x2 reminds me of xflight :) Edit: also I forgot the name but the orange a blue one looks like raging bull it has the same vibe

It’s funny how now Viper is considered to be the worst ride in the park because when it was brand new it was considered to be the best ride in the park. I remember, it was really awesome when it was new! It was the tallest and fastest coaster in the park for 5 years…. It’s amazing how times really change!!
@@learei4642 You’re right, they did not... Viper was created with older technology. The design was probably hand drawn... The newer coaster manufacturers use computer designs to create better and smoother rides.
How did you manage to film on all the rides? At all the parks I've been to, they literally stop the ride on the lift if they see you take your phone out, and then they climb up, take your phone, and kick you out of the park when you get off the ride.
@@hustenbrusten4861 that's impossible at all the parks I've been to. They literally have cameras going up the lift hill and will stop the lift if they see you take any object out of your pocket. I've seen it happen on Nitro at Great Adventure numerous times, and I've seen it happen on several other rides as well.
@@oneplay5570 it's pretty selfish because if the cameras see him with the camera they can stop the ride at the lift hill and take his camera, you can watch videos about it
@@oneplay5570 there have been rides that literally had to be shut down and demolished from people dropping their phones on other people during the ride. just one example is the dueling dragons
I rode this when I was in high school and the part after the big drop where you come around to a brake track and slowly creep down a super tall curve is way scarier than the initial drop.
@@furpurie638 if it’s someone’s first time riding max thrill coasters, I would just start from small to bigger lol But, with Goliath… it’s either you go big or go there later on 😅 Of course it’s easier to start the first rides you enter to the park like Full Throttle and Goliath. tips to get over fear of roller coaster?
craziest ride i been on was the mummy at universal holly wood and it fun.

Thats probably cuz it is. They just change some of the rides names at different locations.
Yeah, Goliath and Titan are made from the same manufacturer (Giovanola...now defunct), but Titan has the extra helix.

it's my first time today. I did viper and it is gonna prepare u for drops and loops.
Try out Twisted Colossus or Goliath first, then work your way into Tatsu and Riddlers After that you should be good to ride the rest :)
go straight to x2 first, then tatsu, then west coast racers, then wonder woman, then twisted collosus, then go back and do what you missed
