Over 90% of sex crimes are committed by those NOT on the registry. Don't you think that our resources would be better used to discover how to prevent those crimes instead? This would, in turn, prevent the other 10% and would also help the ex-sex offenders who are truly trying to get their life onto a better, more productive track, to rehabilitate and reintegrate.
