Again you give me inspiration as to what I can do for a meal. Cooking for one is very challenging especially for me as I used to take care of my son and his family. I retired several years ago and accepted the chance to be the live-in caretaker for a Buddhist church so now I live alone. In my neighborhood those of us who have citrus trees are enjoying the fragrance of the blossoms. It’s a sweet scent. I love this time of year. I have a lemon and a lime tree. My neighbors have orange trees. I will have my coffee or tea outside today.

Hi Lou! Love how you open your heart in your videos! You can use scissors to cut your ketchup open and scrape out what you need. I do that for everything that comes in a plastic tube, makeup, lotion etc. There's still some left in the container and I'm not going to waste any. Haha Have a good week!🤗

Lou, you remind me so much of myself when I moved out on my own when I attended college and got my own place. Going to classes, than work, and than grocery shopping. So many meals eaten by myself but I loved to be creative cooking. 30 years later, I'm cooking for 2 and now growing my own veggies to cook with. Hi Lou! Love how you open your heart in your videos! You can use scissors to cut your ketchup open and scrape out what you need. I do that for everything that comes in a plastic tube, makeup, lotion etc. There's still some left in the container and I'm not going to waste any. Haha Have a good week!🤗

Lou, you remind me so much of myself when I moved out on my own when I attended college and got my own place. Going to classes, than work, and than grocery shopping. So many meals eaten by myself but I loved to be creative cooking. 30 years later, I'm cooking for 2 and now growing my own veggies to cook with. I'm a new subscriber and I enjoy watching your meal preps. A new friend here from across the miles.
