Shite comes in all scales, buddy. There’s plenty of trite, uninspired, soulless music that isn’t based on the pentatonic scale. Arguably, his strongest, most impressive playing was his rendition of “Crazy Little Thing Called Love”-which revolves around the mixolydian and, drum roll, minor pentatonic scale. Shite?

There's so many things to love about these videos. But my favorite things about them are
    1) Nathaniel's version of such and such song. When he plays a full tune on a guitar you know he really likes it. And these versions create such a buzz in the guitar space, people saying did you hear Nathaniel's version of whatever. It's like he's releasing a single or cover of the song.
    2) that Amp. My god it makes all the guitars sound awesome. He doesn't even touch it really or maybe it's edited out. Just seems to make all these guitars have singing highs, crunch and smooth tones all in one.
    Great stuff as usual.

I absolutely love my CV Tele. Mine is a CV 50’s in White Blonde ( looks like Mary Kaye ). It weighs in at 7.52 lbs, and resonates louder acoustically, than almost all of the high end guitars I’ve played at my local shops. The QC on it was really solid, although I’ve since done work to dress the frets, roll the fingerboard edges, polish the frets, sand down the back of the neck, and replaced the saddles with GOTOH compensated brass. The pick ups leave a bit to be desired, and I’m looking to replace them with Custom Shop Nocasters, since I have no interest in selling it, and don’t care about the “Squier” branded headstock. I think it’s one of the greatest underpriced guitars on the market. It feels and sounds way better than my 2021 MIM Strat.

Gotta say, the pickups on the PRS sounded full-bodied and balanced. Potential to be very versatile. Also loved the Epiphone SG. Seems like a great slab of electric guitar for the price. Assessing sound on TH-cam seems absurd, BUT the differences DO come through. The Harmony too (maybe for players who have numerous tools to do certain things), or for someone who could get hooked on its unusual tonal palette as his/her/X' own special thing.

British virtuoso invades Chicago, that playing was mind blowing, cheers!! The 74 Harmony was the best demo, it really spoke to me, but it was the playing still wowed.

Brilliant playing! And the tele is the greatest electric guitar on the planet. Everything you need and nothing you don't. I love and play strats too, but if I could only have one guitar, it would be a tele.

Ok -- when Nathanial started to snap his fingers during a Crazy Thing Love -- I was gobsmacked. And I also a owned a Squier Tele 62 Custom. They are phenomenal guitars at an excellent price point.

I'm kinda lovin the Silver Sky. Is it bad that I could sit here and listen to Nathaniel demo guitars for about 8 hours, maybe even longer? CME is full of so much eye candy on the walls it makes me feel happy. Great job Nathaniel and CME, as always. Thanks everyone. Edit to add: Honorable mention to that gorgeous CME exclusive Classic Vibe Tele....wow and only 5 BILLS. Too bad I'm a Lefty

I have a SS, and it is a great guitar. Especially for the money. I have a Player series Strat, and prefer the SS SE to it. I don't have anything in the custom shop-ranges of quality guitar. But I would say the SS is my go-to out of my meager collection

I think the Squier Classic Vibe is the best guitar you can get for the money. Other than the J Mascis Jazzmaster of course.

A tele makes a lot of different sounds. That tele sounds great, and you displayed the sounds well.

Such a perfect video! You do well representing CME. I have kept telling myself that I would not pay more than $1200 for a guitar; I just need to learn to play like you do to sound better. You proved me right. It might take me a long time to get there if ever. Thanks and please keep delivering these excellent demos.
