Omg the baby buffalo!!!!! ❤❤❤
I live right outside the park and always get excited when Spring starts rolling in. Looking forward to many trips over this year.
I haven't visited Yellowstone since 2013. But on that occasion we saw moose, beavers, a grizzly eating a bison and a pack of wolves vunting bison. All in LamR Valley one evening
I'll be there in a few weeks so this video is perfect timing. Although I've been there several times, each visit is a unique experience. You just never know what you will see. One of my favorite drives is Blacktail Deer Plateau, to get away from the crowds, see nice scenery and look for critters. It's not open in June so it will have to wait until my September visit. I'm from the old school where my parents feed the bears from the car but didn't let us young uns do it. So glad they stopped that practice. You guys always seem happy in these videos which really makes the viewers want to visit the places you talk about and your history notes spike the intrigue. Keep em coming!
Thanks so much. We're glad we can provide enjoyment for you and everyone else.
Great stuff guys, this is our vacation destination this year from the UK. We always love watching your videos full of information a great tips.
Welcome and enjoy! You will love it here.
Awesome! Thank you!
Love this video! You do such a great job of providing information and enthusiasm for the places you visit. Your love and respect for these areas is evident and your fun personalities add to the enjoyment whether visiting from our couch or planning a trip.
Wow!! I learned so much about Yellowstone.
I can’t wait to go! Keep those Yellowstone videos coming. Thank you.
More to come!
Gave a thumbs up for using the word Buffalo
You have nailed it again! Excellent compendium of sights and activities. I can't think of anything you didn't include, except maybe the Firehole River Drive just south of Madison Junction. A very scenic and peaceful drive through the river canyon and a beautiful waterfall. A great place to just pull over in a pull-out and listen to the river and birds. Thank you for your wonderful work in bringing the glorious West and its treasures to us all.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Will be back in Yellowstone in July. Can't wait. My favorite park. I want to do some hikes that I couldn't do in the past.
Good luck!
Amazing video. Thank you for sharing. 👍56

February 😁
So beautiful!
It really is!
Thank you for the update on Yellowstone it's great stuff!
Do you have anything updated for Bryce Canyon?
We will be taking a 2 week road trip around the National Parks, Yellowstone being our first stop, Grand Tetons, Vegas to meet up with our daughter and then to Bryce Canyon and a few more on the way home (Wisconsin). We will be there shortly after the Annual Astrology Festival.
Do you have any tips or tricks for night time viewing of the starry night sky and not disrupting others who have already adjusted their eyes to the dark. I know about using the red flash lights or head lamps.
Thanks for watching. Our Bryce Travel Guide has all updated information in it. wereintherockies.com/store/ What a great trip you have planned! Enjoy. As for night time viewing, I would check out the national parks webpage. They often have information on there about star gazing.
Thank you! I will do that! We're super excited
Great video. Do you have any recommendations on picnic locations? There are over 50 sites in the park.
Honestly, not a specific spot. We’ve probably eaten at 15 or 20 of them I bet. And we’ve been happy with all of them
it's a bit of a niche location, but my favorite one is either the nez perce ford picnic area (east portion of the park, near mud volcano) or the beaver lake picnic area (west portion, north of norris and roaring mountain) but there is no such thing as a bad picnic location.
Wonderful,,,,
My husband and I are going this weekend and plan to visit lamar valley to hopefully see some buffalo we are going to be driving most of the time , can you please suggest some other places to visit for wildlife viewing, Thank You!
