It's hard to know who to trust online. Everyone is selling something. Even I one day hope to mentor some of you. There are fake gurus out there that claim to know how to teach airbnb, business, and real estate. Phonies like Chi Ta trying to sell his course BNB university or Brian Page trying to sell BNB formula. Inexperienced hosts like Stayly with only a few properties and a year of airbnb experience, they claim to make millions on airbnb bust don't reveal those million are all course sales that come from ad campaign and a free webinar that they misrepresent as a paid webinar that is free just for you. Coaches with No airbnb arbitrage or business leaderhip experience like Robuilt. There are no-name hosts with barely any properties trying to claim they're successful, such as vacation rental machine or bnb riches, or the 10xbnb system. None of these "gurus" have a decade and a half of sales experience or business leadership under their belt in addition to having over 100 properties. Only Sean Rakidzich, who has created almost all of the other airbnb coaches you see today on the internet. I’ve started watching your videos last year, from 6/7 years ago the first video you posted when you started this page and I can say, thank you, thank you so much, I started in march I have too properties now, I followed every detail you were saying and was able to be a superhost in 5 months, but sadly the first unit I signed 6 months coz I was scared of failing. But I just want to say I am grateful for you 🙏🏾🙏🏾 may you live the longest

Bit fan. I’ve been watching you for years. I have two properties (one commercial). 30 to 40k in revenue, but I want to grow and scale without needing to buy. This video is awesome, I am going to look into coaching. Never considered until you posted this. Thanks!

Hi Sean, I'm a landlord with two mortgages- one is in Kuala Lumpur, the capital, anonther on an island. I have both properties listed on Airbnb ,nurtured them to guest favourites. I don't live near either of the apartments.( live abroad)
The one on the island is prevalent but has strict Homeowners' Association rules allowing only 90-day stays. I need to address this issue.
The property in the capital competes despite my efforts to refurbish and revamp it. I'm struggling to make a profit. If you have any suggestions on how I can improve the situation, I would love to hear back from you.😢
I do! But in all fairness, this woman in the video paid a whopping $30 for that coaching session. 😂
