As someone with a degree in Commercial Photography, I applaud you on this presentation. I would add #11. If all else fails, hire a professional photographer. Just be sure to stage your place first!
Can you please make a video on the new airbnb update that came out for editing your listing, more specifically how now you cannot arrange photos like you used to and how to place photos strategically to still get the best photos showing on the listing page. Airbnb is now trying to make us categorize photos but then our listing photo is no longer the one I previously selected it to be. been looking for this video-thought you might make one if you had any tips. Love your content!

Some great tips and ideas there Thanks, I pretty much are on point with you, We show up No1 in my area, with over a 1000 listing surrounding me, even in the same project,
can we talk about how airbnb has forced us all into the "rooms" thing for photos? and it totally messed with our careful ordering of pics. even when you set it, you never know when they'll just randomly change it up on you
Thank you for the insights. I have an airbnb pretty close to the best beaches in Cyprus. It is not front beach property (on the main road). Would it be recommended to take photos of the beach or make a collage for the hero photo (like one beach foto + 2/3 best interior photos) as the hero photo?
Hi Sean, One of your followers from Australia. I have one unhosted Airbnb (Entire place) and wanting to change it to hosted Airbnb (Airbnb one room on and will stay in the other one). Should I create a new listing for Airbnb room or edit my current listing instead? Thanks.
Are there any AI programs where I can take a picture of my table and then have AI add table settings? Or where I can take a picture of my countertop and have AI an amazing charcuterie board? In the way that we might professionally stage crops like food, and other things just to give a guest a look and feel, I think we could do that with AI and accomplish the same thing (of course, I’m not recommending that. Anyone uses AI to show an amenity that you don’t have)

Thanks for the tips. How do we change our photos now without airbnb switching us to the photo-tour layout?
Appreciate the advice as always!
