Jordan is a well oiled machine … I’d put him against anyone … fuck all that Thomas lang,John Bonham,Joey Jordison Travis Barker BS … this man is a beast and programmed better than the best drum machines …
@@Dave-tc3dq John Bonham 😂 the man was an amazing drummer for the time and has some iconic grooves but things have moved on since then and in the last 20 years also so i find it funny when he's considered the "best" drummer of all time... 🤨 kinda disrespectful to everyone else to worked their ass off to push drumming to the next level, totally not his fault, he's worthy of the praise but it's like when people only default to Slash or Hendrix for guitar heroes 😅. i don't like to say this is the best or that's the best (everyone has preferences) but Jordan's playing on Frail Words is just a joy to listed to and to jam to, especially for being 2003 his grooves are so tasty and hold up so well. love me some early Joey Jordison on the first 3 albums too and Shannon Lucas on Fall of Ideals. also it comes down to a band's a chemistry and how the albums flow, there some bands that aren't bad per se, they play very well but they just don't click with me at all (but on paper they should or based on the praise i read but in reality there's like one song in their whole discography that i might truly enjoy...), some have a few banger albums but then change their sound and lose that rawness or just sellout. what i love about AILD is how consistent they are/were in their sound. as for the new lineup i don't know what to expect tbh...
Dude you cant really hear how sick their drummer is live in most of their popular youtube live shit. Lots of back track at 20% with live overtones post production mixed. This proves that even in their early days dude man and dudes were hitting the main x's and triplet palm mutes. Way sick upload. Thank you.
I can recognize Tim, Jordan and Clint Norris (bassist before Josh Gilbert) Who were the guitar players? I don't recognize Phil, so I'm guessing it's Jason Krebs and Evan White?
It's Phil and Evan. This is actually Phil's first ever show with them. If you watched their "This Who We Are" documentary, you'd be able to have that knowledge.
Man their drummer is honestly a huge part of why this band kicked so much ASS!
their guitar playing is awesome too, fucking badass riffs!!!
Hell yes, when I'm listening to the album (which I still do to this day) I find myself mezmerized by the way he uses the double bass

I never seen post. but you must be cool at parties wet blanket
I remember seeing Tim in the early days & he was a tall guy but not a meathead like 2012+ …
I was at this show - all love to the current bassist but Clint Norris will always be bae in AILD for me
Tim big Leagued the stage hands that loaded the stage too deep at the very end. Goes hand in hand with the culture.
melodic metalcore kings! i miss the Frail Worlds Collapse phase
Listen to every song off As Daylight Dies by Killswitch Engage.
I still have a shirt. It's faded and tattered, but still have the damn thing
AILD opening for Behemoth, Skinless and Six Feet Under feels like a prank by their booking agent.
Wait why
Lol Christian band and Satanist on one bill
matthew carberry I just caught on to that.
Metalblade tour package. AILD were a recent addition to the label.
😂
Man I think there's this metalcore phase in me that was sleeping all these years. This brings back all the good times!
Damn Jordan is a beast!... I love his energic way to play!. 😁🤘
Where is Nick?
@@WarofThoughts It was 2003 Nick and also Phil were not still in the band.
@@WarofThoughts Casual.
Frail Words era❤❤❤
Haha holy shit!! So cool :) baby AILD. Jordan is insane!! Definitely one of the best on a metal scene among killer drummers. Tim is young 🌱😅
metalcore forever
Weird seeing small Tim.
I miss Clint so much lol
wish he was the singer on the record too
I couldn’t agree more. But he is a successful hairstylist these days and father on top of that.
5:25 will always be AILD in my heart. Fuck I miss that energy.
DUDE! HELL YEAH! Thanks for uploading this!
Dude I need to feel this again
Behemoth and AILD on the same bill. That’s fucking AWESOME for so many reasons 🤣🤘🏻 god and the devil collide!
I go way back when Tim was with point of recognition, he was a beast when he was with that band.
3:16 - ну чо блять!? я король! мясо выкинь! и попробуй чай!!
аква фри, а в рукеее
The performance of Forever is worth this videos weight in gold alone. Thank you so much! ❤🤟💯
Holy shit I’ve been wanting to see stuff from this era so bad
Damn I remember seeing them play at The Showcase Theater in Corona CA the same year....the good ol days, when u could go see a great show for $7-$15
FUCK YEAH!
I love the badass drum on Forever song
Awesome video. Do you have the videos of Behemoth from that show and Six Feet Under?
The BEST Christian band forever
For Today is much more Godly.
Tim left the faith and then tried to kill his wife. Fun times.
No, it's Zao
Classic

Наверно раз в неделю слушаю стабильно
Как же я обожаю эту группу

Evan white to the right of Tim . He layed the foundation for AILD, I don’t think he gets enough credit.

8:38 “penis”
Man this band had everything id love as i lay drying such a same that Tim was a huge weirdo syco narcissist ruined it all
I wish Evan white would come back into the fold would be a family reunion
The Canadians had not experienced anything this heavy since a deranged fur trapper spiked the maple syrup.
You know nothing of maple syrup
Bro I’m laughing way too hard 😂
Lol Lmao.
Have you ever heard of Gorguts???
@@That_dude87 I have some intimations of that band, however, I must never allow the chance to slip in a maple syrup joke go to waste.

Tim is a skinny emo kid, but already jamming it!
Wa za fuuuuk!! Wherez my bro dying?
