I swear it seems like Eugene has no idea how good he is. He comes across as so humble.

I had a similar experience with missing a show here by 1 day and had to wait a few years to finally see them with all the lockdowns and the invasion delaying tours. During that time they became my favorite band and finally seeing them in person was so amazing. I'm excited for you to experience it too, Josh!

I believe Duel is going to be an album, not an EP, so even better!

I'm a *huge* fan of all 3 instrumentalists in this band, so when I saw them live, I had a hard time deciding who to focus on. I chose Eugene. And then Tati came out, and I'll be damned, I could *not* take my eyes off of her. She's got unbelievable star power.

That bass tone just melts in your mouth. Shout out to Max Morton for making all these tracks sound so good.

Max' contribution as producer let me count him as 5th member, like George Martin with The Beatles

We are so lucky to be able to experience this masterpiece of a band as they grow and development. I found them on Christmas Eve 2016 and the last 8 years have been an amazing journey. Can just imagine if I had not found them even 2 years sooner to follow from Cloud Factory let alone Inhale era.

You’re finally going to see them…
I will be there in Melbourne for my 4th time…
I promise that you are not prepared for how immense they sound live…
As i have said before, in particular Vlad and Eugene are a single entity.. they are so tight it’s as though they are one..

@ I will be there, up in the balcony..
Taking the missus for her first time (when we met she was an Ed Sheeran fan, slowly converting her🤘🏼)
I was fortunate enough to do a meet and greet, and be front row for the now famous “alive in Melbourne” gig…
All 4 were so nice and friendly..
You can clearly see me throughout the video..

Roman doesn't get the credit the other 3 members get. He definitely should.

It’s really strangely refreshing in a way that a basist and a drummer overtake a guitarist this way. That being said, as a guitarist myself, Roman is fucking phenomenal. His riffing and technical knowledge are outstanding.

It is really a brave song about people struggling with alcoholism. The Green Serpent is an Eastern European symbol for alcoholism. (Tatiana has posted that she is 1 year sober) This is why I love Jinjer. How many metal bands write about fighting addiction in both a beautiful melodic way and in a gritty banger way. They are an evolution in metal. Good reaction

I've seen Jinjer live 3 times since 2023. They a headliner in 23 and then toured with Disturbed/Breaking Benjamin and Hanabie. I just think they need to find where they fit as far as touring mates go because 2 out 3 shows the crowd really didn't react much to them. I dream they tour with Otep though.

lol Green Serpent is metaphorically referred to alcohol in russian. Bitten by green serpent in slavic tradition is symbolic of alcoholism and the depths of intoxication/addiction.....as for the song, the opeth outro is cool. Middle LOG breakdown is cool. Also kinda sounds like an angular proggy album cut on first listen, but maybe it's just another grower jinjer song.....also tati looks hot here 😂😂

The song that het me listening to Jinjer was Waltz over a decade ago. Been following them since. This is mediocre and disappointing. I'll stick with Lena Scissorhands. Compared to this, I'm sorry she has way more talent with her vocals.
