Jinjer - Rogue is an Angry, Call-Out to the man who is destroying their land & homes, but I guest no one seems to care anymore. These awards are just like all the others bias! No need to say which band he rides the most for.
It is really a brave song about people struggling with alcoholism. The Green Serpent is an Eastern European metaphor for alcoholism. (Tatiana has posted that she is 2 years sober). She and the band have a lot of talent but it takes guts to expose one's struggles. Good reaction (Subbed)
Oh shit. That really puts it in context. Bruuuhh I just read the lyrics and this line killed me: “It's not him who drinks from the bottle It's the bottlе that drinks from him” 😮
This song thematically really reminds me of Dead Rose by chelsea grin and how alcohol abuse really is just destructive to yourself and everyone around you.
He and Eugene both don't get talked about enough in the scene as a whole. Vlad on drums is also a monster. This band is just so damn good at what they do.
The thing I love about Jinjer compared to all of these other heavy bands is that they aren't just using low tunings and chugging. They do that but are also melodic and groovy.
I saw them 2 days ago here in Brazil and they played this song. It was a really great show, small place and I saw them pretty close. It's absolutely crazy how quickly and precisely Tatiana goes from her clean/melodic singing to her screaming voice. And what a stage presence. Just read a comment that says that women are killing it and it's so true: I saw Spiritbox opening for BMTH last weekend and Poppy at Knotfest last month. It's amazing seeing they do this good. Even Babymetal, who were also at Knotfest and i don't actually know/like, put a nice and entertaining show on stage.
i have watched many reaction waiting for someone to comment on the dissonant harmony part. It makes my ears so happy and you are the first one to mention it.
Someones Daughter is like Pieces 2.0 Kafka is like WallFlowers 2.0 Neither of those are insults Rogue was seemingly their attempt to prove they can be heavy af beginning to end if they want This is a whole new feel One of the best songs they've ever made it's a 10/10
@downthebarber I saw them at the University of Calgary up here in Canada in September last year. They were absolutely incredible. It's impossible not to be transfixed by Tatiana. I didn't have the benefit of being baked, though, LOL!
Never heard Tati sing that high. Really impressive vocally. Also really loving it instrumentally, like usual one of the tightest metal bands out there. They were incredible live.
Went and saw Jinjer a couple months ago and they were amazing! Have some videos on my channel but I got lucky.. I waited in the merch line for like an hour and was able to snag the one and only snare drum head that was signed by Vlad. It was cash only and after a business trip, I had the exact amount of cash still on me. (I never use cash unless it's for business). So I got that and a signed Vinyl of their live LA album. Had a great haul from that show, got some cool BoO merch and signatures as well. They didn't play this song but they did play Someone's Daughter.
When i was way younger, there was another sick band from Ukraine called Я и друг мой грузовик. Bassist was frigging monster too, so sad they are out of business now, caught them live once even.
Jinjer is fuckin INCREDIBLE live! I recently saw them live in ATL and me and Tati made eye contact for a second and she gave me this kinda like glare that got me for a minute
You can kind of see an oval area around her that's a slightly different shade than the rest, and the border between those two areas sometimes moves oddly. The encompassing area is CGI.
vote now! it's a big awards show! probably the biggest awards show i've ever seen. i declined being the best air guitarist. i feel like it wasn't fair and someone else should win that.....i dunno. hi.
It reminds me of what I expected “Bad Water”, which was the song that made me a fan of theirs, was going to sound like ESPECIALLY with Eugene’s part at the end.
6:37 totally agree with this take. If Jinjer creates a hook (or JUG JUGs) to hold on to through their progressive music, it always creates magic for me.
This band deserves #1 ever and it's 100 % not possible even opera singer /vocal coach thinks it's not natural it is possible if you were possessed by demons listen closely you will hear at least 4 different voices and I know it can be edited but I don't think it is she is even more intense live my favorite band 8 years I know all these bands are super evil he who turns away from God will surely worship death
The start kinda reminded me of Repo! The Genetic Opera! Also I kinda wish she just kept with the clean vocals. I feel like thats a better direction for the band. She can sing so well but the growling just ain't it in my opinion
OK so if you could have 5 bands live at your house, where it is just you and the bands who do you pick. So I know everyone had different likes and dislikes but, do you go for your the ultimate line up music wise..... or do you go for bands that would be interesting to have a drink with between sets. Ever time I think that is my 5 NOPE my play list plays another song from band X and I'm back to square one.....
4:01 That is amazing. If you listen even closelier, she's also singing the guitar part at a lower volume, which almost sort of adds pitch to the scream, and since her voice isn't exactly the same pitch as the guitar as it bends (they're both bending up at slightly different rates), it creates an extra layer of dissonance on top of what the guitar is doing on its own, and the vibrations from being slightly different pitches is made even more intense by the distortion of the guitar and the scream all mixing together.
I know this is going to mean nothing to anyone here, but she sounds like a if may’n did metal because they really sound so similar and may’n specifically as sheryl nome sounds exactly like tatiana lol it’s CRAZY. I’m the biggest sheryl nome shill. Even the melody of this song is identical to sheryl nomes song iteza gogo kuji don’t be late, like you cannot listen to her song goregous and tell me her and tatiana don’t sound EXACTLY the same.
Nick im not in the wrong by stating jinjer is the more heavy female version of korn if korn made this level of music i feel jiner korn team up should come cause jd and Tatiana would kill a track
*Make sure you vote in the Nik Nocturnal awards:* niknocturnalawards2024.com

Nik if you like jinjer got listen to a band called ifa

Tatiana is not only an awesome and versatile vocalist but also a fashion icon
@3:27 JUNT JUNT JUNT
LOL the translate to English has me dead.
My ADOLESCENT son is crying at the juntage 😡
@@1984DaveP I guess Nik has to apologize now for letting this play on his stream

The best music expresses vulnerability and is personal it’s such a great song
Oh shit. That really puts it in context.

@@theopinson3851 Dude.. that line is too fuckin' true.

8 years sober myself. Tatiana is such a badass.
Roman is a seriously underrated guitarist. His phrasing is incredible.
He and Eugene both don't get talked about enough in the scene as a whole. Vlad on drums is also a monster. This band is just so damn good at what they do.
He is, very incredible. Not to undersell but Vlad writes a lot of the guitar and some of these riffs feel like they are probably his.
I say this all the time. He is kinda lurking in the back but putting out so much!
Seriously they're a power quartet
The thing I love about Jinjer compared to all of these other heavy bands is that they aren't just using low tunings and chugging. They do that but are also melodic and groovy.
The groove is ALWAYS there with JINJER and I love it!
Roman is favorite guitarist right now. I never realized until I started learning their music past Cloud Factory, everything is in Drop A

vi ao vivo essa musica aqui tb, o setlist todo tava insano, fiquei uma semana com dor no pescoco kkkkkk
Their album next year will undoubtedly be one of the best of the year 2025
i have watched many reaction waiting for someone to comment on the dissonant harmony part. It makes my ears so happy and you are the first one to mention it.
That whole section is *amazing!* Jinjer is masterful at burying little treasures like that in their songs.
There is truly no one like Jinjer. And this track showcases all the musicians creativity while showcasing Tatiana who is amazing. So good 5 stars
Someones Daughter is like Pieces 2.0
Kafka is like WallFlowers 2.0
Neither of those are insults
Rogue was seemingly their attempt to prove they can be heavy af beginning to end if they want
This is a whole new feel
One of the best songs they've ever made
it's a 10/10
She has one of the craziest screams I've ever heard live. Had me and my sister tweaking while we were stoned out of our mind XD
That sounds like a blast, man!
@hemlock399 yeah for sure. Great band. I think I saw them when they toured with breaking benjamin.
@downthebarber I saw them at the University of Calgary up here in Canada in September last year. They were absolutely incredible. It's impossible not to be transfixed by Tatiana. I didn't have the benefit of being baked, though, LOL!

They're so good with their eclectic and groovy sound
This song. This incredible talent. This whole band. Is fucking ridiculous.
I can't help thinking she looks like a young Celine Dion in that green suit 🙈😂
I totally was going to say the same thing!
The great thing about Jinjer is that when you think they have achieved their peak, they go on and show they can get loads better which is insane
Jinjer is fuckin INCREDIBLE live! I recently saw them live in ATL and me and Tati made eye contact for a second and she gave me this kinda like glare that got me for a minute
You know this song was monstrous when by the 3rd or 4th JUNT I was crying in fear.
Easily their best song since Pisces. This has gone straight to the playlist, 10/10 no notes.
You're biased, snake lover 😂❤
@@TheTheAndreiasantos That is not untrue... 😏
Banging it at the same part synchronisation with Nik and listening to a new Jinjer Song and Tatjana s heavenly/evilly Voice. A dream🎉🤘🤘🤘🤘🎉🥳
Geeze, ive never gotten goosebumps from someone singing about GRAPES before, but dang... apparently thats a thing now, lol.
In Tatiana’s clean vocals I hear more Stevie Nicks not Janis Joplin. But either way, this is her best song to this date.
Reminds me a lot of UneXpect. What a great band that was. It'd be cool if you covered some of their work some time.
The grapes were definitely moving but probably added to to make it a large background.

When Vlad joined this band took they went to a new high level of composition.
A wild fucking ~Nossa~ outta nowhere lmao 5:12
This is a very intelligent song
This sounds like it could be a cod zombies Easter egg song
Female mental vocalists are KILLING it this year.
By the time this video came out I listened to this song like 200 times
Please tell me y’all don’t think she’s actually laying on a room sized pile of grapes 😂
If you watch the end of the video, you can see it glitch a little
Lucky grapes bro
Is there a good version of fast draw out there? I think that is the best song from the new album leaks yet. My opinion and i could be wrong!
the bass part reminds me to unexpected band, songs like desert urbania, awesome!
As am old fart gatekeeper elitist metalhead , I fully acknowledge Jinjer being metal band :D
They coming all the way to New Zealand in March, hell yes I have tickets! This song has quickly become one of my favs.
They moved the Wellington show into a bigger venue because tickets sold out in less than a week 😂 Incredibly grateful I’m able to go
No need for any contest this is jinjers best song ever and tati is by far the best singer without a doubt . No competition just accept the fact.
"Pisces" was better. Her roar/scream is definitely phenomenal- reminds me quite a bit of Alyssa White.
Imo Vortex is their best song, but you can't go wrong with Jinjer in general
That was amazing
It reminds me of what I expected “Bad Water”, which was the song that made me a fan of theirs, was going to sound like ESPECIALLY with Eugene’s part at the end.
