Just to confirm the bi turbo is a 2l not a 2.2l. The older 3.2 and 2.2 are very simliar one being a 5cyl (3.2) and the 4cyl (2.2l). They are also both single turbo whereas the newer 2l is a compound turbo setup. The transmission behind the 2l is a 10 speed where as the older 3.2 and 2.2 had 6 speed auto or manuals. *im a ford tech in australia and work on them day in day out*
Shame so many of these have only had an oil change every 2 years often after 15000+ miles. Ford and their dumb service schedule to keep large fleet managers happy and screw the longevity of the engine once out of warranty.
The hilux never has been a comfort vehicle, its a working mans car and toyota realise it, there are trim levels that have more bells and whistles but i could never push a ranger as hard as a hilux.
If you think they are everywhere you should see how many are here in New Zealand, I spot probably 200 if not more everyday where I live. 2 rangers to 5 cars would be the ratio. That's a ute by the way, not a pickup truck.

Cheap PCP deals and people think it makes them look a bit gangsta?
EPAS really makes a big difference
Buy the time you were done shooting this video the boys in Dearborn made a brand new Ranger.
I have s 3.2 Ranger and its currently returning 28.6mpg 👍
Excellent review actually very helpful
Did mention that used to own a Dodge Ram?……
More errors…..this Ranger isn’t just “for the UK market”…..the Ranger T6 was developed for worldwide production
I've driven one I don't like how they drive. Unless you're a builder it's pointless
I would have one if I was a builder. I'm not a builder. Interesting vid though.

Cheaper company car tax, same as a van but more flexible.

99% of people don't push these trucks hard at all, so surely better having the extra refinement of a ranger all the time?

Loads of my customers have got rid of there 2.2 rangers because they are shit at towing and gutless compared the old 3.2
Has the ford maverick made it’s way over there yet? It’s really is built for the UK.
No ulez there if you can afford the 24mpg why not enjoy these relics 🤣😎😭
I’ve seen a kit that puts the f150 front and rear on the ranger, and I mean that is sick! Defo makes me want one!
Dirty unicorn du150 customer had one had nothing but problem

@@MK5GolfTDI yes he got a full refund after around 6 months rs focus blue if you see it on there page
You “feel like the Navara is cheaper” 🤔…if it’s cheaper, it’s cheaper, it’s factual, why do your feelings come into it?
