I am doing same build as you. Smashing through WT4 (level 60). Why do you run the 80% crit dmg on the weap instead of 200% pulverize (I got lucky with a 200% aspect and socketed it onto a 2500dps 2 hander). The crit damage doesn't seem like much compared to the grizzly rage crit which quickly stacks to 1000% on big packs. 80% seems like nothing? Have you tried the % damage with barrier? My barb friend said its a separate damage multiplier. We could time our burst to align with our bulwark for giga deeps?
I have watched you DM since SWGOH and old raid days on your main channel. Such a joy to sew crazy growth on this channel for D4 . You deserve it so much. Onwards to 50k and joy with D4.

Great video and information bud. I didn't know about the break points and it rerolling when it passes it. Awesome. Also didn't know you CAN imprint legendaries under certain circumstances. Thanks!
I'm sure you explained it as well as it can be explained, clear as mud. There would seem to be so much bother in trying to figure it out and decide what to do that you just would do better to play and equip the best drops as they come along and leave it to that.
@@layne3530 Yes I understand. And I can see that he is describing the heart of the game and how it is played at the top competitive level. It's why you can play this game on a 25 cent graphics card, because graphics aren't the heart of it, the real heart of it is figuring out the builds and the best buffs. It's as technical as quantum physics if you bear down deep enough. So I guess his real audience are folks who have really caught on and have a depth of understanding to assimilate what he is saying as it streams from his mouth. Sigh, my game crashed at the start of the second Sightless Eye Cutscene and now every time I try to log into that character it gives me a 10 minute que, but then gives an error code after a while.
There’s a lot to min maxing. I had a weapon that had +200 ish more dps per second damage on it than the one I had equipped but when I equipped it, my damage lowered by a bunch. As a necro that hurt cause the weapon I had on had intel and willpower on it. Those change things so it gets pretty deep.
Anyone know if I should be focusing on Attack Power sheet dmg numbers or just the item power numbers? I.E. I have a weapon equip with 500 DPS and my AP shows 1000. I equip an item with 600 DPS and my AP drops to 850. In my xp my Dmg goes up even tho my AP goes down. Anyone else have any info on this?
Attack power on the character sheet is an estimate. You will always have to compare relevant stats to your build. Better relevant stats can result in more “actual damage” you are doing, despite the estimated “attack power” reading as lower
Some of the top Diablo 4 players are saying that the stats that are the most valuable are those in the highest tier damage buckets. Main stat, percent damage, crit chance, crit damage, crit strike damage, vulnerable damage, and elemental damage are all tier 1 damage as they are all multiplicative. Most of the other attributes (damage to) etc are all additive (I think the tool tips actuall say that as well). Now I'm not sure whether some are weighted more than others, or exactly how all of that is stacked up. But that is something I stumbled on, and felt like I should share. Do you know if there is any way to see the pool of attributes that the system selects from when you reroll a specific attribute? Diablo 3 had that and I'm just wondering if there is any way to see what attributes I could get for wasting resource on rerolling a attribute or if it's worth it?
Say we are sitting at 724 and have all middle values, if the upgrade is going to reroll all the values do the rerolled values stay the same? If it showed the reroll was going to be all min values, could doing something (logout and rejoin, lvl, lilith statue, quest progression, different smith or anything else) change the rerolled value? Could you theoretically glitch the system into making a perfectly maxed reroll?
Watched a few time but im still confused. If lets say I imprint a max roll aspect on a very good rare item that is not leveled all the way and its really close to a breaking point, will the legendary aspect reroll when I do upgrade the item past the break point???
I am unable to craft Aspects on Ancestral items. Am i missing something or is this just not possible? Also same question for legendary items that are ancestral im not able to change the Aspect on it. do i need to use ancestral aspect to do this? whatever u showed at the end about normal and sacred being able to imprint on ancestral rare does not work for me.

It doesn't 'reroll' the mods... Yes, you may get to a higher bracket of the available modifiers, but it doesn't look like it's actually rerolling anything, it's always upgrading. What does it matter if you have a max roll or not, if you're not in the highest tier already?
Thank you for this, super helpful. Question: How do you obtain a max roll, upgraded weapon or is that part of the end game, getting drops with the stats and hoping they stay max as you reach breaking points? It just seems like it will always be highly likely to never have a max rolled item come the end game. I know you/we/I will still gain a lot of damage etc. from the items.
When an item hits a breakpoint, i don’t believe it’s rerolling the stat. Your stat is increasing at the same rate. What’s happening is that when it reaches a breakpoint, the min/max ranges just become greater so your stat isn’t “max roll” anymore but it’s still increasing at the same rate.

It depends on the weapon type extracted from. On a 2H its buffs aspect stats 100% i think, so when removed it goes back to normal.
