15.02: This crazy stuff is called " sülze" in German. Pork Gelantine with pieces of meat and sausages.
Together with some oil, vinegar and onions its pretty popular in the hot summer time here.....

I'm curious if it's easy to determine what foods are gluten free? If you remember in Canada some items have the government approved symbol on the packaging. Other times you need to study the ingredients.
Hi there, good question! There are items that have gluten free labels, lactose free, sugar free, high protein. Similar to Canada! 👍

Yes, the western items are definitely expensive. There are great markets selling fruits and vegetables.... I'd say a local Thai knows where to shop to suit their budget 👍
Pretty confusing describing prices. Wasn't sure if prices were per kilo, per item, per package, per gram, per 100 grams, per100 kilos, etc etc. 😮!
Hi there... yes, I can understand that! It does get confusing if you are buying meat, it usually goes by weight..... but most things are priced by single item. 👍

Hi there that's a good question!....depends what kinda meat you want, but all the prices (in the meat department) are marked in 100grams or by the pound.....typically. 👍
At 4:57 you'll see 239 ($8.90CAD) Per kilo of minced pork 👍
