A lot of rural China is drastically lagging behind the developments of the coastal cities. And it's difficult for young people to find jobs here.

By policy, farmers are not allowed to sell their lands. What they can do is to lease their lands out to contractors.
Live streaming business success needs hardworking people, quick wit thinkers, 5G technology availability even in remote villages, very efficient courier logistics coverage all over the country and most of all the High Speed Rail to make sure farm produce are speedily sent to the customers in the cities all over the country. lack of any of those will not work, especially the HSR. Other means of transportation will never work.
