@Deliver-Fool nothing better to do, no good woman in my life, not much family left, I work so I don't sit around complaining and maybe someday I'll change my life around from hard work.
Good video and well described..I've just bought the blue and black one, I'm just wondering if they is a wire to cut to de-restrict it, or do you have to charge the controller.. I'm looking forward to your response.. ?
I've taken the right side plastic off to see if anything was apparent, but I thought I would wait until someone else has done it first.. I'm sure these can be done. It feels like it just wants a little more power to me 😂
Feels a little sumpy in length to ride it could be faster than the standard 60v would need to compare them. First impression very good value for the money
That's not bad for that price but I always feel like a mod kit is just superior... There might even be mods or upgrades for this you can do at home like controller or battery, like snipping the wire on that one battery to get more power.
Not that I've bought a bike as powerful as this, but the first thing I do is get the battery out and get it on charge while I'm "angle grinding" and assembling🤣🤣🤣🤣, nice bike btw
@rydhwan yes of course . Making an off-road dirt bike road legal in the UK requires several steps. Here’s a comprehensive guide: 1. Tyres: Ensure your tyres are road-legal. Off-road tyres often lack the necessary markings for road use. Look for an E-mark (denoting compliance with European standards) or a DOT marking (if imported). Road-legal tyres will have a tread pattern suitable for both on-road and off-road use and must meet minimum tread depth requirements (1mm across 75% of the width of the tyre for motorcycles). 2. Lights and Indicators: Fit a headlight (dipped and main beam), tail light, brake light, and indicators. A DC-DC converter is required to step down the bike’s main battery (e.g., 72V) to 12V to power these. Ensure you have a functional relay or flasher unit for the indicators. Switchgear is also needed for lights and indicators if your bike doesn’t already have it. 3. Braking System: The brakes must be fully operational and effective for road use. If your bike has a basic off-road brake setup, you might need to upgrade to ensure both front and rear brakes meet road safety standards. 4. Chain Guard: A chain guard or cover is required to prevent contact with the chain while in motion. 5. Exhaust and Noise Limits: The exhaust system must meet noise regulations. Fit a road-legal silencer or a DB-killer insert to reduce noise. The exhaust must also have the correct E-marking for road use. 6. Speedometer: A working speedometer is required, calibrated in miles per hour (MPH). Digital or analog options are acceptable. 7. Reflectors: A red rear reflector is mandatory and is usually mounted near or on the number plate bracket. 8. License Plate: A standard-sized UK motorcycle number plate must be fitted at the rear. Avoid small or decorative plates, as they are not legal. 9. Horn: A functional horn is required. It must be loud enough to alert other road users but not an air horn or novelty sound. 10. Mirrors: Fit at least one rear-view mirror, though two are recommended for safety. 11. Kill Switch: Install a kill switch for quick and safe engine shutdown if your bike doesn’t already have one. 12. Side Stand or Center Stand: A functional side stand or center stand is recommended, as it helps meet the practical use requirements for road legality. 13. VIN and Frame Number: Ensure your bike has a visible Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or frame number. If it doesn’t, you may need to have one stamped as part of the registration process. 14. Registration Process: Obtain a Certificate of Newness or proof of the bike's age. Complete a V55/4 form for new vehicles or a V55/5 form for used vehicles. Pay the first registration fee (£55) and road tax. 15. IVA/MSVA Test: The bike will need to pass an Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) test or Motorcycle Single Vehicle Approval (MSVA) test to ensure it meets safety and emissions standards. Approved testing stations will check that the bike has all necessary equipment, meets noise regulations, and is safe for road use. 16. Insurance and MOT: Once registered, insure the bike for road use. If the bike is over three years old, it will require an MOT. This should cover everything required to make the bike road legal in the UK.
£1800 on sale at the mo thats mad and well worth it I just hope the more accessible lease becoming the UK the cheaper the prices will become..... I wonder if you were to limit it to 15 mph would you be able to use it on the cycle paths . Because if the police try and pull the old it's a 5000 watt motor blah blah blah it's capable of so-and-so speeds we only allow bikes on the cycle lane up to 15 mph you could quite simply say a Bugatti Veyron has over 1000 horsepower and can hit speeds over 250 mph and that still sticks to the speed limits which basically renders their 15mph law not worth the paper it is written on
