YES!!!! I received this wonderful surprise of a ship today from a game container. This ship makes my 4th Premium ship attained this way just this past month. Watching the vid just now i was excited to learn i set up my slots the same way the guy mentioned... makes me feel im beginning to understand the game better as far as ship builds go and how to play them. When i launched her today i had no idea yet that she was a hybrid... i fugured tbh she was a normal new orleans sized bb with planes and crane system,,, so imagine my smiles when the map loaded and im looking at a deck with planes rdy to go... they take off super fast by way of rockets and are charging twd the target at their max speed almost immediately after 2 minutes for them to be rdy for flight... Sink a 32k HP cruiser almost immediately then tore up a destroyer that made the faulty decision to attack me while i was in flight mode. my secondary weapons tore it up so bad that i only needed 2 HE shells to finish the job. I played the ship 3 more times til i had to stop playing for the night. LOved every engagement thus far.... its cool to have the option of flight and power of say an Atlanta cruiser.... the torpedo spread is just absolutely beautiful albiet a bit slow... which i plan to increase their speed as soon as i can. Anyway this holiday season has been very enjoyable.. i gained 2 japanese premium cruisers thru the Japanese cruisers campaign and im working on a 3rd... Won a tier 3 BB HMS dreadnaught then turned around and recieved the Premium Atlanta so gaining the Hybrid tonight aceented my fleet of Carriers Tier 8's Hornet and Saipan and Lexington to add to my other Carriers Ranger which i still love.... but tbh Nuthing is more fun than dropping bombs with my B-25s (doolittle raid) from the deck of the hornet... if i can get past the AA systems of a live gamer.. the b-25s just obliterate whatever they hit... the 4 torp planes from this hybrid are nearly as wonderful.... havent yet deployed the ship in Random as of yet... but i imagine given their accuracy and speed its gonna be hella fun.
I now have this Ship and i must say, this is the best thing that ever happened to my playstyle. It's so nice to play, and so much fun even if my team is completely loosing. It just feels so badass to launch those Torpedobombers xD

I had this ship in blitz for the past 2 years, not a bad ship, powerful guns for its tier, but no secondary guns, so its a long range ship and stay away from destroyers!
Initially, it was planned to build the ship on the basis of the Fusō project, but due to poorly placed artillery and poor protection of the ammunition magazine, it was decided to improve it.
