@@cliffordnewell2445 how is she making the players a lot of money? Ya'll just say anything. Lol! Nothing in their contracts has changed. They make the same money they did before. She's definitely brought attention, fans and has them flying charter jets now but ya'll just be exaggerating. The WNBA will more than likely still lose money and need the NBA to bail them out.

A main problem the Fever were wrestling with was Caitlin not being available for pre-season practices because she was still playing in college games. This means that zero chemistry-building happened before the season's games began in the WNBA, and the team's schedule of games was so heavy that they couldn't have many practices then. Prior to the Olympic Break all of the chemistry-building between Caitlin and other players had to happen during games through trial and error, and only Aliyah seemed to be meshing with Caitlin. What we're seeing now is the result of the team practices that were finally able to happen during the break, and you can bet that one of the things Sides focused on was running passing drills between Caitlin and other players. As a result, we're seeing drastically improved ball-handling during passes and better play-flow for the entire team. The improvement of passing-chemistry between Kelsey and Caitlin after the break is phenomenal, with Kelsey being a force on the court when Caitlin feeds her the assists.
What blew the Storm apart in the 4th quarter was Sides unleashing Lexie and Kelsey as sharpshooters for 3-point shots when the Storm were trying to stop Caitlin by double-teaming and triple-teaming her to keep her out of the paint. Sides had given Caitlin a few rest breaks during the game, and in the 4th quarter Caitlin unleashed her speed on the Storm. She'd drive into the paint and if the Storm didn't flock to her she'd score layups. When they flocked to her, Caitlin dumped passes back out of the paint to Lexie and Kelsey. There were a couple of hilarious times when Caitlin was close to the paint, faked as if she was driving for it, and then dumped the ball out to an unguarded Lexie for 3-point shots from behind the defenders. To add insult to injury, even Aliyah got in on the fun of dumping assists out of the paint into the distance-shooting hands of Lexie and Kelsey.
Skylar and Noelle acted pissy at the end of the game because they were angry and embarrassed at how easily the Fever whipped their butts in the 4th quarter. Caitlin was running circles around Skylar, and consistently outwitting her by aborting drives and passing out to Lexie and Kelsey, and Noelle had no idea of how to coach her players to be able to stop what was happening.

*I can promise you that the WNBA was like a retirement home where players collected their welfare checks for 28 years and played slow basketball like little old ladies. Did you ever watch them play? The WNBA players would walk or slowly jog to the other side of the court, while college players are always running from one end to the other. Well, Caitlin Clark brought her fast-paced college-style basketball to the WNBA, and these old, slow players don't like how she's disrupting their retirement pace. That's why they're trying to beat her down and slow her to the WNBA's pace. But as we've all seen, Caitlin Clark won't have any of that-she’s going to run as much as she can.*

Glad I found your channel. This whole Caitlin Clark jealousy thing makes no sense at all. I like your takes. The entire WNBA from the Owners and General Managers to the Coaches need to get together and decide what they really want. If they want their league to grow and prosper, they need to get their priorities straight. If not, then continue to act out of jealousy, racism, and sexual orientation bias and enjoy your mediocre attendance, salaries and contracts. It may be time to form a completely new Women's basketball league to compete with the W.

Also include the pick n roll plays with the two. Then include the rebounds that Boston gets that leads to assists from Clark. People, yourself included highlight Clark but dismiss Boston’s contributions. Remember she was the rookie of the year, the season prior to Clark’s arrival.

It is interesting to me that it took the drafting of Caitlyn Clark and half a season of learning to pay attention to her and her basketball IQ for the Indiana Fever to finally start playing like a professional basketball team. And it isn't at all surprising to me that the rest of the league hates her for exposing them as the amateurs they've been for the last 27 years. A lot of people want to compare Clark to Steph Curry, but I think she's more like Larry Bird. A floor general that is basically teaching the rest of the league how the game is supposed to be played, even as a bloody rookie.

That Magbegor almost took CC’s head off that one game where no foul was called, Vivians, as you said, popped Clark for no reason, and then in the last game, that Mercedes Russell look to purposely shouldered CC on the way to their benches for a timeout. Then there was the incident yesterday with Diggins-Smith and the coach, where I think the two were both upset at CC hyping the crowd. Thing is, Noelle Quinn saw the push by Diggins-Smith, the one which pushed CC towards the Storm bench, and instead of being mad at her own player for that, she’s mad at what she termed the gamesmanship that the Fever displayed! Unbelievable! So, it’s okay to physically hit someone but not wave your arms to hype up the crowd?! No wonder Quinn referred to herself as the Ghetto coach.

I saw a Carmax with A’ja Wilson, Sabrina Ionescu and Sue Bird. Never seen them before but now frequently. I am sure they think it has nothing to do with CC shining light on the W.
