Great video! I just got an offer - direct hire - two year commitment and they pay for everything. Form visa screen,IELTS to one way plane ticket from home airport to the city and sign on bonus as well as a few thousand for housing. All inclusive package. And if you want to get out of the contract early you can pay yourself out and it’s not that much.
@@daizylyn I used saunders, u world study guide then simple nursing. Answered questions on u world, Archer then boot camp. I advise you to join a Study group.
Your video is really informative and I appreciate that. But, i have a query, is it okay if someone does not want to hire an agency to move to the US? Is it a good idea or not?
@@ManasseyTetteh Okay, thank you. I have some more questions, if the applicant has a medical condition (epilepsy) and on meds, does it affect getting a job? Is there a difference in government or private hospital jobs in the US, and what is the process to apply for a government job?
I am a Bsc qualified RN in Sri Lanka and passed NCLEX RN and I have got contract from Staffing agency. their contract is 3 years (6950 hours) , lower base salary is 35 dollars, isit good, my experience were 23years.is direct hire company is better than this oppertunity
DIRECT HIRE IS BEST but i think they are slow... but i think if you funded the exams yourself then use direct hire and ensure you read the contract and particularly the termination agreement

Please can you recommend your agency ?
Sounds juicy, best wishes on your journey 😃
Can you refer me to this agency please
Thanks for sharing this information sir.
Same with Adevia too , you have to finance your flight ✈️ to the NCLEX center and hotel accommodation. Adevia only refunds your hotel accommodation 😢
Oops that’s a tough one 😤
VSH is financing most expenses except Transcripts, Verification from own country and travelling to Nclex Center, their contract is 3 years
Thanks for the video, I just passed my NCLEX RN, please do you have an idea about Connexus?
I understand they’re a good one too
Hello! Please would you mind sharing the materials you used to pass the NCLEX please

Does the process take a shorter time to if you enroll into an agency when you have already done your NCLEX privately??
Good quiz
Hey Manassey, is there a way we can do a personal Q & A with you? I have a ton of questions I want to ask you.
Watch out for the live
Great video 🎉
Interstaff reimburses you after you return to your home country upon taking the NCLEX 🙏

Always a better idea to do a direct hire if you have the means. Definitely worth it
