Your commitment to building strength - not getting our bodies to look a certain way, but to make us physically and mentally tough, to get us functionally trained so we can show up for our families and the other work we have to do. A few days ago you asked us to give us your best 30 minutes, and then you corrected to just ask for a good 30 so we could give our best to our families. It’s that kind of attitude that makes me love working out with you. I also appreciate all the work you put into building these programs. The variety helps keep me mentally engaged and pushes me to grow in new ways!

For two years I’ve done your workouts on the days I didn’t wake up on time to go to the gym. This is the first time I’ve chosen your workouts over going to the gym. I’m excited to repeat this program again next week!
I keep coming back to support my mental health most of all. Have been battling depression since my fourth baby was born 8 years ago then developed anxiety a couple years later. Working out with you helps me work on my mental and emotional resilience as well as my physical strength. I used to only do the 20 minute workouts, because 30 was too long for me, but this build 30 has pushed me to work longer and harder.

Whenever my anxiety flares, I remind myself to take deep breaths. Sometimes it’ll act up around the times I workout & just working out with Lindsey and Rachel helps me feel more positive, focus on the task at hand, and they help remind me to be strong and breathe. I never had anxiety until after my third child was born in 2020 (hello covid & adjusting to a newborn and two toddlers with no help!) But I know it’s acting up when my heart rate gets harder to control when exercising!
I keep coming back because not only are you an ambassador of physical fitness and mental strength but you are an ambassador of God and I love that you incorporate these two amazing components of anyone’s life, but especially women’s lives! I turn 39 today and despite one of the toughest years of my life, NML has consistently “shown up” for me and often times gotten me through some dark days. Also this workout is FIRE!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 the 30 reps in the beginning, the burn out at the end, and EVERYTHING in between- fierce!!! Loved it!
What keeps me coming back is the honesty of knowing you’re right there with us. I’ve done other workout videos but none have felt as realistic and motivating as yours. Seeing another mom of many talk about how it’s physical strength for mental strength to show up for your day is EXACTLY what I need. Not an aesthetic goal of some sexy body but a true, functional goal of being able to show up for my day, and this is exactly what you encourage and provide! Thank you for seeing me through pregnancy, postpartum, and daily life! I was worried when I saw super sets (my least favorite) and repeat three times (my second least favorite, haha), but this workout flew and I loved it! Feeling sore, but excited to crush Day 10 tomorrow!

Just a thank you for all you guys do. I started following you about a year ago. I have been so grateful for your workouts. I'm 58, and this is my 6th year of working out. Lol, I couldn't do your workouts years ago, BUT I can now !!!!! Yay I am defined and so much stronger now. Take care and thank you again.
What keeps me coming back is the goal to be in the best functional shape of my adult years & the drive to love & care for my body. Recovering from a bad injury for >1 year that unfortunately happened when my son was 3 months old set me back tremendously but I thank God I am able to do these workouts!
Continue to love your workouts. Functional strength grows in importance to me. At 62, I am thankful I can move freely with my grandchildren. When you mentioned getting the water bottle or the Paci, I could completely identify with that. I don't worry about moving to help them and I don't have to take over cautiously. What a gift! Day 10 tomorrow and then I am starting over again so I can see progress!

I keep coming back because of the high quality of the workouts. The warm ups are so good to prepare for the exercises we do and i love how lindsey incorporates training in all planes and functional core movements! I haven't found anyone else as knowledgeable and methodical in designing strength workouts! I also love how even the strength workouts get my heart rate elevated. Plus it's always challenging, which is great, and the creative new moves are so fun.
This is my favorite series because of the new moves and mobility exercises. I'm 59 and I need to lift heavier weights, so in this series I have increased up to 12s for every move and today I did 15s for the back exercises. THAT is what keeps me coming back...real progress that I've never been brave enough to do before. I also feel like you help me do it SAFELY. The last thing I want is to get hurt adding weight. Thank you so much for this series, it came just when I needed it!!
OMG!!!! I AM SO EXCITED!!!! This is my fourth time through this entire two week program and for the first time in my life I just did four pushups from my toes!!! Thank you GOD, I am getting stronger!!!!!! Thank you for this amazing program. I am loving it!!!!

Not going to lie, I did not want to do arms today especially shoulders, BUT I am so glad I did! I feel so strong. Both weeks the arms have pushed me and I absolutely love it. Also, I want to thank you guys for pushing me. I’m finally able to stick with push ups on my toes through these workouts. I could have never done that without you guys pushing me! Can’t wait to repeat this program again.

I've been doing these challenges since day one and love them, although they are challenging and painful at times, but I wanted to say that I appreciate the superwoman alternative that Rachel did today, that has always been a hard one for me because of lower back issues, but that alternative was very doable. Great job!

I absolutely LOVE the repetitive x 3 sets. So effective!!!!! I am not a fan of no repeats unless it’s just a work to burn kcal… I’d love more tri-set programs

Thank you, for the great Workouts. What keeps me coming back is that you are beautifully human. Other workouts make me feel like i need to be perfect and can't step wrong. You are just pure. When its getting to heavy, you dont fake it and cover it up, you state it, grab a lighter weight and keep going. when your legs shake, you state it and laugh about it (making me laugh at my own shaky legs). It just makes it more comforting. No one can always be 100% every single day, and instead of pretending, you simply show, that that's perfectly normal and okay.
I’m starting to really like these giant set workouts! Today’s was tough but I really like the days completely focused on strength! Looking forward to day 10 and then repeating this awesome program! 🥳

I have had some injuries to deal with and surgery on my shoulder in 2022. Your workouts have been the thing I needed to get going again. Thanks so much for all your hard work.
I felt STRONG! Cant believe it!!! I struggle with my low back in moves like bent over rows or those bird-dog type rows, but the shoulder presses? The single upright row & press? Even the pushups and shoulder taps?? I actually rocked those! 😳 Could do 25lbs with the presses and upright rows … who would’ve thought? Ladies … genuinely … may God bless you ABUNDANTLY for helping all of us!!!!!! (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
My shoulders are on fire!! I loved when you added the bridge and switching legs in circuit 2. After these 9 days, I feel every workout needs a 3 minute burn at the end!!!!🔥

Accidentally started the workout with Row+Clean+Press before I rey it was just Row+Clean! Arm day always gets me. Knocking out a hard thing first in the morning makes a full day seem less daunting!
I think this could be my favorite workout of the program so far! I felt so strong and really tried to lift HEAVY! I keep coming back because of how you program your workouts! I love the functional workouts you program! They make me feel like a strong mom!
Arm days are my favourite! This is my first time doing exercise with weights. I am overweight & usually do walking workouts but tomorrow I will finish this 2 week challenge. I did day 1 - day8 with 2 kg dumbbell but today you guys motivated me & I had courage to use 5 kg . Thank you so much for such fun & motivating workouts. May god continue to bless you ❤
I missed doing this yesterday but it worked out because I got my new 15 lb dumbbells today, so I got to do the workout with them! I could definitely tell the difference and I'm looking forward to the new challenge with them!

So back is my LEAST favorite muscle to work. It feels like I can never go heavy when doing back exercises. Maybe that means I need to work it more 😂 BUT so proud of myself for grabbing my 20lbs for some of these exercises! And stayed on my toes for the pushups! Progress!
On day one of this program, I gave up so quick on the burnout. I didn’t think I had it in me! But today I found myself trying heavier weights with each set. Y’all help me get physically strong but I think more importantly, mentally and emotionally strong!
Every one of these workouts in the program challenges me in a new way- this one was no exception. I didn't realize how good it felt to work out the back and stretch it. Thanks gals!!! Also, if I'm not mistaken I heard a Spice Girls song (one of the last tracks) in a muzak style lol
I know you guys called it build 30 but I'm calling it sweat 30 because I am just a puddle of sweat after every single workout. I even did a few while I was on vacation in the very fancy gym at my hotel! :) For me what I keep coming back for is the progressive challenge especially as my body has gotten stronger and now I'm doing some reps with twenties or 25s. It just keeps me motivated to keep going. And your relentless positivity is an inspiration too. Even if sometimes I'm cursing your name for making me do such hard stuff
It has taken me 3-4 weeks to get through this program and I'm feeling disappointed in myself. However, I'm going to give myself grace and do it all over again better and stronger after tomorrow's finish. Thanks for another amazing program. I have never been so strong in my life and I love it!
You should be PROUD of yourself for sticking with it!! This is a tough program and it's totally normal for it to take longer than 2 weeks to complete!! You got this!

I find the workouts help distract me from the anxiety, and then afterwards I feel able to focus better :)

I felt STRONG! Cant believe it!!!
I struggle with my low back in moves like bent over rows or those bird-dog type rows, but the shoulder presses? The single upright row & press? Even the pushups and shoulder taps?? I actually rocked those! 😳
Could do 25lbs with the presses and upright rows … who would’ve thought?

My shoulders are on fire!! I loved when you added the bridge and switching legs in circuit 2. After these 9 days, I feel every workout needs a 3 minute burn at the end!!!!🔥

Accidentally started the workout with Row+Clean+Press before I rey it was just Row+Clean! Arm day always gets me. Knocking out a hard thing first in the morning makes a full day seem less daunting!

Arm days are my favourite! This is my first time doing exercise with weights. I am overweight & usually do walking workouts but tomorrow I will finish this 2 week challenge. I did day 1 - day8 with 2 kg dumbbell but today you guys motivated me & I had courage to use 5 kg . Thank you so much for such fun & motivating workouts. May god continue to bless you ❤

So back is my LEAST favorite muscle to work. It feels like I can never go heavy when doing back exercises. Maybe that means I need to work it more 😂 BUT so proud of myself for grabbing my 20lbs for some of these exercises! And stayed on my toes for the pushups! Progress!

On day one of this program, I gave up so quick on the burnout. I didn’t think I had it in me! But today I found myself trying heavier weights with each set. Y’all help me get physically strong but I think more importantly, mentally and emotionally strong!

I know you guys called it build 30 but I'm calling it sweat 30 because I am just a puddle of sweat after every single workout. I even did a few while I was on vacation in the very fancy gym at my hotel! :)
For me what I keep coming back for is the progressive challenge especially as my body has gotten stronger and now I'm doing some reps with twenties or 25s. It just keeps me motivated to keep going. And your relentless positivity is an inspiration too. Even if sometimes I'm cursing your name for making me do such hard stuff

It has taken me 3-4 weeks to get through this program and I'm feeling disappointed in myself. However, I'm going to give myself grace and do it all over again better and stronger after tomorrow's finish. Thanks for another amazing program. I have never been so strong in my life and I love it!

This is definitely my favorite one! ❤ I’ve always wondered about repeating workouts as I’ve heard it’s beneficial to repeat for a few weeks. Usually the weekly workout plans do not repeat. What are your thoughts on this?
