Nice video, if you don't like orange you can also order TracTive cartridges and shocks with black anodizing. Costs a bit extra. I did this for my Tuareg 660 X-Treme pro kit.

My suggestion is just to use an Action 3 as the main helmet camera. I have used them from the very beginning, of my TH-cam channel career, since Action 1 and I never had any issues. Action 3 is as good as action 4 or the newest GoPro for what we are doing. Have fun traveling!
When you said you were buying a new GoPro, I suspected you would regret it, been there I have two Action 4s now they are great. Hope you have a great trip may run across you again in the desert like your Cape York trip.

Im really interested in getting the tractive suspension as well but looking at +30mm version front springs and shock just concerned if there will be any excessive chain rub on fornt of swing arm being slightly higher. How has it changed the handling so far?
@NZDesertX The suspension is really great, not sure about the excessive chain rub though. If you had the sidestand recall done, you will need to get the original stand or extend you current one if going the +30

Nice! Been interested in tractive for a while but the sticker shock is insane. Looking forward to your thoughts on its performance.
It will definitely get a workout over the next month, ill give it another little tune once I hit the corrugations but so far its a big improvement.

Only problem with the action 3 inside my helmet (arai xd4) is too much wind noise. The Gopro is the only one currently that can cancel out wind noise.

Only taken for a quick test at the moment, will have a full month to test it off road. It's much better for my setup. Yes its the xtreme pro.
