Sir, Rajasthan Housing Board द्वारा किसी first buyer को पट्टा जारी कर दिया जाता है। अब क्या मे उस buyer से केवल पट्टे के आधार पर खरीदना उचित होगा क्योकि first buyer का कहना है कि उसको केवल पट्टा ही जारी किया गया है। (क्या Rajasthan housing Board से first buyer को रजिस्ट्री नहीं होती है ?)
