    In India we boil lemon and it's zest with fresh mint leaves and fresh lemongrass a tiny piece of ginger and a tiny piece of turmeric root and giloy stem. Boil and simmer for ,15 minutes. Cool. Strain. Add one tablespoon virgin coconut oil. Add a teaspoon of pure honey. Sip this herbal tea water concoction 4 times a day for staying fit and healthy.

    Another way to detox your body is to ignore messages n calls from toxic people in your life. And don't invite them or trust them. Don't tell them your next move/ how much money you have. Eat tumeric each day to reduce inflammation. PEACE OUT.

      I just recently discovered how easy fasting IS! I postponed breakfast by an hour, then ate dinner by 6....a few days later, I started skipping breakfast to increase my fasting window even more. I wish everyone would google 'autophagy'. AMAZING!

    Here's a great note for readers listeners to use a straw if you plan to drink lemon or vinegar water all day, because it is hard on your tooth enamel.
    also, if you really don't like brussel sprouts cooked they have a completely different flavor raw and you can eat them in a salad shredded up or make a slaw with them and add some jicama.

    When I was a kid, in Philippines, market vendors have fruits in a huge jar filled with ice & water & they sell it to drivers & poor folks who can't afford soda. It's wonderful to see this is re-discovered more than 50 years. We also made beans, corn & fruit icicles & ice candies...70 years ago.

She would win by slowing down, speaking more from her belly than from her throat, lower her pitch and slow down the speed. Has many likes, so maybe it is mostly burnt-out sensitive me. This is sympathetic, I need parasýmpathetic..

      @Andrea Puri I'm pretty sure that depends on the kind of tea you're having. Lipton or Tetley from the store, yeah that might not be very helpful (although I'm not sure it would necessarily hurt, either). But an herb tea, especially if it's the dried flowers themselves like butterfly pea flowers, you'd be getting some serious health benefits.

    Better to drink the charcoal separate from the other due to the charcoal absorbing all nutrients as well as toxins. Drink the great water and then do charcoal at night or in the night if you wake up. Baked broccoli, cauliflower and Brussel sprouts are wonderful.

    1.fast continuously for 3 days (eat early in the morning for about 4'o clock and start fasting. Eat in the evening for about 6.30 and finish off the fasting. Do not drink even water in between that. Eat only the things she said. Do this once 2 weeks or once a month)
    2.take handful of dried grapes and 2 cups of water and boil it for about 10 minutes. And now let it sit overnight. Boil the mixture until the water becomes caramel. Drink it once a week in an empty stomach

    Oh my gosh!!! and then she puts activated charcoal in the water that contains natural [usable by the body] vitamins and minerals!!! Does she not know how charcoal works?!?!?! I don’t know where she got her degree but that college needs to update their curriculum. (Two comments about how incorrect her information is and I’m only at 3:17.) If you were taking activated charcoal, you want to do it first thing in the morning when you have an empty stomach or always on an empty stomach. And then around 3:44 she mentions “8-10 cups of water a day”!! Another fallacy.. People, you don’t need that much water unless your consuming high-salt foods which if you are, the best, first step for you is to stop consuming those “foods” (they really shouldn’t even legally be considered food)!!!! Eat Raw, Fresh Ripe, Organic Fruits and Vegetables and your body will finally have the break from toxic foods and also the [real] vitamins and minerals your body is craving to heal itself and return you to your natural healthy state.

    • @rachbarnard36
      @rachbarnard36 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      True- activated charcoal doesn’t discriminate what it binds to, meaning all those beautiful vitamins and minerals are getting neutralized by the charcoal and your body isn’t getting any benefit... Do not put charcoal in your gorgeous juice. Also be careful of source of charcoal. Really love the energy of this host!

    • @davejones1218
      @davejones1218 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      ToyaToms iii when you’re hungover or high or had too much caffeine. They give it in hospitals to people who overdosed to pump the stomach so it’s not something to be used every day. Only after too much drinking and overdoses on something or another. I also like to do it when I have a flu or something as it pushes everything out and makes it go away faster

    • @yesiiii2389
      @yesiiii2389 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thrash Bunny oh ok thank you one more question ,is it good to detox like all the bad things in your body like pesticides and air pollution?

    • @davejones1218
      @davejones1218 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      ToyaToms iii doing detoxes and cleanses are only good if you are already sick with symptomatic disease. Otherwise you can accidentally wipe out all the “good” bacteria in your body as well as the harmful aka “bad” stuff.
      If you want to feel better, I would say to stop eating things that cause inflammatory reactions (processed or cured meats, especially bacon or anything from a factory farm. If you’re going to eat meat, only eat organic and from local farmers and make sure to eat some meals without meat for sustainability reasons.) and eat a lot of fruits and veggies. No alcohol, nicotine and very little caffeine if you need it. Drink lots of water

      Exactly what I was thinking. Her drink is a waste of all those lovely detoxing ingredients. They don't get to absorb in the body if you take it with charcoal. That's ridiculous. Charcoal is used to absorb poisoning if someone swallows something toxic. It is a very powerful sponge that doesn't allow anything to metabolize once it reaches it. The granules absorb almost EVERYTHING. Not just toxic substances. It's used in water filters for that. So you might end up with the affect of alkaline water, but you aren't getting those added vitamins and nutrients.

    • @wownewstome6123
      @wownewstome6123 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @kemuna p, activated charcoal isn't right in all cases.
      People need to *call poison control,* immediately, in case of poisoning or overdose.
      See WebMD, "Activated Charcoal" for more info.

    You want the organic lemons. Organic has 5 x the nutrients. Strawberries should be organic. They are one of the top pesticide crops.
    I just put the whole lemon in the nutra bullet, after mincing and removing the seeds from it. The pith has fiber and is bitter. The peel has the essential oil of lemon in it. Bitter and sour thwart sugar cravings. Brussel sprouts are awesome. Baking gets rid of a lot of its nutrients though. The sour citrus processes as alkaline in the body even though it seems acid. Lemon keeps your skin from sagging. Sugar breaks down the collagen. The trampoline is awesome. I wish I had one.

    Jumping on a trampoline is fantastic! It's known as "rebounding," it can be a fantastic way to give your lymphatic system a bit of a boost. Here's why it's worth giving a go:
    Your lymphatic system is like the body's waste disposal unit, getting rid of toxins and other unwanted stuff. Unlike your heart, which pumps blood around, your lymph system relies on movement to do its job. Bouncing on a trampoline creates a kind of 'G-force', which helps lymphatic fluid flow more effectively, flushing out toxins and improving your immune system.
    It's kind on your joints! Unlike jogging or running, rebounding on a trampoline is low impact, making it a great choice for people of all fitness levels. It's especially helpful if you're looking to ease into exercise without putting too much strain on your knees and ankles.
    It's not just your lymphatic system that benefits. Trampoline exercise can help with balance, muscle strength, and cardiovascular health. It's a full-body workout, but it feels more like fun than hard work!
    Let's face it, bouncing around can be quite fun. It's a great way to relieve stress, release endorphins, and just generally feel happier.
    You don't need a fancy gym membership. A mini-trampoline can be used at home, making it a convenient option for a quick workout or a bit of a bounce whenever you fancy it.
    Happy bouncing! 🌟🤸‍♀

      Just start with one thing, I recommend the lemon water, since it also makes your body alkaline. Focus on doing whatever you choose to do for 30 days ( the 30 day trial) and notice any difference to your energy, weight, mood,and overall body in general.
      Just because there are many regimens out there doesn't mean you have to do them all. Think of it like ordering from a menu at a restaurant. There is a variety to chose from, because not everyone likes the same thing. But they still give you choices so you can at least have exposure to it and know it is an option.😎
