Ingredients:
- 700g Snow Peas
- 500g Stir Fry Beef
- 15g Fish Sauce
- 5g Salt
- 6g Sugar
- 5g Seasoning Powder
- 39g Oyster Sauce
- 2g Sesame Oil
- Pinch of Monosodium Glutamate
- Pinch of White Pepper
- 10g Potato Starch
- 50g Water
- 1 Shallot
- 3 Clove of Garlic

1. Potato Starch Mixture:
Potato Starch and Cold Water (Stir Together)
2. Allow potato starch and cold water to cool down (Room Temperature)
*Hot temperature causes the next step to clump*
3. Then add in the cooked beef liquid into the potato starch mixture (Stir together)
*Cooked beef liquid must be at room temperature*
4. Add the sauce to the stir-fried snow peas before it is fully cooked. This way, as the sauce thickens, the snow peas will reach the perfect level of tenderness.
