Your music is great. But who builds a road but allows sand to occupy much of the road? In other climes, machines sweep roads and wash the roads everyday. The machines are very affordable, even by local govt councils.
Why didn't they start the new road from the city though? Nigerian cities are too dirty,they need state of emergency on environment,they need to invest in road sweeping machines,landscape side of the roads with trees and grasses..The leaders lack taste,illiterates and backward mentality.What Nigeria need is city development agency like Abuja development agency.Places like orlu,onitsha etc should have their own development agency,not waiting on owerri and awka to come and develop the infrastructures in these cities.....Thank you.
Imo state is such a backward chaotically disorganized state . No road sweeping, see sand everywhere on the roads. Dilapidated roads almost everywhere. Owerri is a dirty glorified village . When shall imo state get it right with leadership

and they say Orlu monopolised govt of Imo state. the last two govs from Orlu zone are embittered against some people from Orlu.

waiting for Owerri to develop Orlu is like waiting for Godot. Owerri is tilted for development towards its neighbour and kin Ikwerre
