In this video I lift a Tesla Model S RWD on a single post portable lift (Automotech AS-7251). This shows where to lift a Tesla and why it is important to use a spacer or proper adaptor when lifting or jacking a Tesla (or any other EV).

Would it even out the lean if the pads on the lift side were slightly lowered compared to the other side?

having the lower legs that close to a drain manhole is scary :) , there is an underground pipe/hole there :o
