Going nostalgic today. Watching the entire video. I can't get enough of "And, we'll see you...tomorrow night!"
30 years later I still believe this is one of the greatest world series ever ❤ 3 games decide in extra innings a bad ass pitchers duel to the death to finish 5 of 7 games decided by 1 run and of course we will see you tomorrow night folks
The best world series ever
We will see you tomorrow night classic line r.i.p Jack buck

If only Pat O’Brien knew what would happen the next week in regards to old man winter. :)
Pat was laughing while sipping champagne at his palacial estate looking down at us Dakotans and Minnesotans left to dig out.
I was on the White Bear Lake Area HS football team playing playoff game to a crowd of 7 as our bandwagon fans were glued to their TV sets and we lost due to lack of support. It was 70+ degrees F just days before in Twin Cities😮😮
We'll never know but the Braves might have won this series in 5 games if Hrbek doesn't pull Gant off of first base and get the call
👍👍👍👍

And 1:14:57.
4:02:54, the following calls:
“Into deep left center from Mitchell, and we’ll see you tomorrow night!”-Jack Buck, CBS.
“Puckett swings and hits a blast, deep left center, way back, way back, IT’S GONE!!!!! THE TWINS GO TO THE SEVENTH GAME!!!!!!!!!!!”-John Gordon.
@@danalong1237Vin Scully had the national radio broadcast for CBS Radio

Where's game 5 of the 1991 WS
A music company filed a copyright claim on the music used in a McDonald's ad. I filed an appeal. Give it a couple days and check again.
@@StephensBaseballArchives I'll doubt it will affect the content of the game tho
On TH-cam lol
19:43 Way to go Bob Casey "Atlantic Recording Star" (good substitute for R&B vocalist) #MeLLISA
Anthem was edited out in local Minneapolis market due to conflict of interest betwen father and son who turned 16 in 1991 and additional anticpated stress of healthy red blooded males tying up local phone lines trying to use Prodigy online to order music selections of Mrs/Ms Manchester and if use of #MILLF term is appropriate (single/has kids) as to describe National Anthem performance. #Loveyoudad #Prettygirls #Youshouldhear
Also great use of "equal time" by CBS airing touching childrens charity piece with sideboob promo from Knots Landing.
Word on the street is execs told SD native and legend Pat O'Brien he had to remain in booth as to avoid potential Kolber/Namath incident by conducting on field interview with the fetching Game 6 National Anthem R&B vocalist #POW_MIA
The problem with the World Series is the home field advantage that is present. You don't have that in the Super Bowl. The World Series as well as the NBA Finals and Stanley Cup games should be played in neutral sites
That will defeat the purpose of those games. We have already tried that in 2020 and it took the fun out of it. Especially if they can take in fans at limited capacity at the NLCS and World Series at Globe Life Park. They should have done it the entire 60-game season plus have limited capacity for NL Wild Card Series, NLDS and World Series.
