This headline would lead one to surmise that Diana Mitford was, at the least, Moseley's driving force or even his controlling impetus, which notion is absolutely specious and well known (unless they are actually as uninformed as they appear) to the pitiful history-to-order imposters despite putting this up. He was her controlling impetus; anyone who has any appreciation of the situation -- which doesn't include these shapers-after-the-fact -- knows this as a basic fact. She was "behind" Moseley only in the sense of a wife being behind her husband; she supported him.
She was estranged with her sister Jessica, but not with her other sisters and the photo of the lady in fascist uniform with Mosley is not Diana but the leader of the women's branch of the BUF, Diana never wore a fascist uniform.
She was, and still is, the most iconic and greatest woman over the past 100 plus years. If only we had listened to her 50 millions of lives would have been saved. God bless her xx
@@ericklynch6873 I think all options should have been set against Hitler as all out war was horrific. I do believe that diana had Hitler's attention and could have turned things around in respect of the holocaust or at least buying more time to stop Hitler before the death camps kicked in. Sadly , Britain over the past decades always seem to drift into wars
She was never Lady Diana Mosley. She was Lady Mosley. Lady Diana would mean she was the daughter of an Earl, Marquess or Duke. She was the daughter of a Baron.
I had to stop the video in outrage when you likened these women as “the Kardashians of their day”. Nothing is more far fetched and disrespectful as that comparison. These were highly intelligent, beautiful, connected, sophisticated, women with their fingers on the pulse of the World. They counted as close friends such luminaries as Cecil Beaton, Evelyn Waugh, James Milne, many other writers, poets and politicians. Sir Winston Churchill was related by marriage. To utter the name Mitford in the same sentence, or otherwise, as Kardashian demonstrated to me your lack of understanding the times these women flourished. Do recall the way the Kardashians found celebrity. You’ll be hard pressed to deny any resemblance to even the worst parts of the Mitfords. So, I take you to great task for that faux pas. I’ll attempt to watch the remainder of the video. I must say I won’t put any stock in your information as I feel it tremendously tainted.
Very glamorous woman but liked a bad boy I think and was totally taken in by Mosley and would have agreed with whatever his views were I think she was that bewitched by him.
Yes I believe you’re right, Penny. The man revolts me to the core with his little uniforms and salutes. Diana was definitely bewitched by him. However, she was a woman of great conviction and saw something in him which made her believe he was the only man who could stop the war and that his party could make the changes necessary to bring Britain to its glory. In fact, he was a power hungry womanizer who had used Diana to further his political goals. Awful man. Angry and reckless.
@@edreamcast I wasn't aware of that. I know Unity was and Jessica was a lifelong communist but I wasn't aware that Diana was fascist per se prior to meeting Mosley
And what were Mosleys views ? Equal pay for women a minimum wage, the building of motorways demolition of slum housing non involvement in wars that aren't in our interest including the Korean war and Vietnam wars stopping mass unskilled immigration preserving the UK as a Christian country which of these policies don't you like ?
@@ChristopherWatkin-qr3xc I do agree with you actually some of his ideas were very good ike those listed, and he was shut down by the commies, but I didn't agree with all of his opinions.

I wanted to write the same. Very well!

@@Luna-nj9zd yep...she was so charismatic and clever, check it out
Yes would add several other names to the list of people who actively tried to prevent WW2.

I enjoyed your presentation. Thank you for your effort in producing this informative video about a very great lady.

Pamela a reclusive farmer. Diana and Oswald did not lead a "lavish life" after the war and moving to France. Churchill was not a real friend.
I wished I could have even 5 percent off their relationship, they were so in love, I can dream x
Beautiful,Cultured,Intelligent
( and able to see the real evil )

Disappointing review of her life. Many factual errors
Many, many errors ☹

She was fascist prior to Mosley: let’s not make her a “pick me”

The Mitford gals were so loose they were dropping to bits.
