@ maniac. I pray that you can forgive yourself first ,and I will ask God to help you forgive yourself first! Yes, you do need to forgive others, but before you can almost forgive anyone else you will need to be able to forgive yourself!! Whether you believe me or not, God will send the person(s) back towards you to see, if in fact, if you were really honest with HIM about forgiving them. You will know too if you truly forgave them or not, by your actions and feelings towards them! So I just don’t want you to think that you will be answered and not require your part to live by what you or us have prayed for, for your benefit! I’m not trying to be harsh just trying to enlighten and encourage you as well! Hopefully, you don’t get upset with me because that’s not my intention to upset you by any means!!!!

Don't quit! God loves you. Capture the thoughts. You may have to chase them in your head. Identify the thought and say a scripture that is opposite. I believe in you bc God loves you!

I haven’t been sleeping this week and my anxious mind was overwhelming me. I was even up until 5am this morning making a list of all the things I am anxious about. When I got onto TH-cam and this is the first thing to pop up. To say the timing was perfect doesn’t even justify it. When I saw the thumbnail I was like 🤯🤯🤯

I’ve been feeling the heaviest I’ve felt in a long time, I’ve been having difficulties in my relationships, hardship conversations some that I didn’t lead us to but were willing to try and be open it’s causing anxiety and heaviness. Misunderstanding, and invalidation can cause so much restrictions on relationships. Handing it over to god. He knows my intentions. He knows my heart.

My my my!!!!! This spoke volumes to me. I am a fixer by nature and constantly have anxiety because I too am always thinking I need to help God out. This last year He has really taught me to just “be still and know that I am God”. He really is in control of my life. Great word!!❤

Sometimes I wonder how like Jesus never got like severe anxiety when he knew that he had to die on the cross for our sins, like it’s scary dying in general, this just inspires me to to be strong like him but it’s hard
Remember to lean on His strength 🥰 Our Lord Jesus Christ loves you. He cares for you and wants us to cast all your cares upon Him.

I was in leadership, SOLD OUT, living for Jesus. I got hurt, crushed. Long story, short; here I am. I appreciate God so much for not giving up on my heart. Thank you so much for your detailed sermons on anxiety. It helps me get through my day. I listen every day and each day gets better. I’ve been struggling since I was younger. When I got to college I went through the whole process of anxiety and overcame it. 6 years later and I’ve been going through it since January 2021 after the passing of my daughters father. My family took 5 losses last year and each one has triggered my anxiety. It hasn’t been easy but listening to your sermons, reading the word and staying focused on God has pulled me out of my dark place.

This is great!!! Control has expectations behind it. So I try to have high hopes and low expectations, God helps me do this and have less disappointment.
You always have a great message Pastor and I love have you have some laughter in your sermon. True facts but you make it real. Laughter is good and helps me pay more attention.
I been sober 7 1/2 yrs only by the grace if God.
And I find my self to serious at times. I pray that God helps me with this character defect. I continue to try to have a conscious contact with God, keeping Him in the front of my mind. He's in control , not me. And to align my will with God's will, and do the next right thing. AMEN 🙏 🙏 💙💙😇😇

I lost my way with my faith a long time ago in my pre teen years. My life has taken me down some very dark paths of addiction, anxiety and constant fear. I decided that I needed to rediscover my faith and could no longer keep living the way I was. These words have really hit home for me and it makes me excited to start my journey with Jesus again knowing I can find peace. It will take time, but I have hope now. I was baptized when I was just a baby and I can say he has never left me, I just stopped looking for him.
JESUS....this word is ON TIME!!!! I needed this this morning and I praise God that he knows what we need, when we need it! I've learned that I am responsible for lots but i need to trust the God that i can't see who is in CONTROL!

I'll be fair. I'm a Christian, and have enjoyed Teal Swan on TikTok and she's said some pretty nifty things that's been spot on about my soon to be ex husband. However, she is a psychoanalysist, that's a different bag of tricks, and is just that. Tricks of the mind. You are speaking from the spirit and that is so very different and unless someone has felt it, they don't know. Like when something happens because God allows it to happen, sends you someone, something, a gift, even something bad. You sometimes just know when it's God. It's been God today hearing you. Thank you for speaking out through any anxiety you might have felt. Any fear, tiredness, insecurities, or things you have in your personal life. You are making a difference. Thank you.
