I know I’ll never be perfect but I’m being perfected daily. I truly thank God for Life church. It’s an ark for me in my journey through a stormy life with high waves that desire to destroy me.
My mind constantly circles, I have bi polar, PTSD and insomnia. Sometimes it stirs me to catastrosize, worse and worse each circle, leading me into full blown depression and anxiety....I just want to feel level and happy.

Just put yourself in prayers especially when you are ha ing the panic attacks just calm them down by the word jesus and it will all go away sooner you will find yourself healing from anxiety and depression..i was there and this worked magic for me.God heals
Trust me, if you keep your mind set on God all day long, it will heal. All these fancy terms such as bipolar, PTSD etc. didn’t exist earlier. These new terms are making people crazy by making people believe that they are sick. Stop trusting and declaring these so called ailments to yourself. These ailments are simply the result of lack of belief in God. Just keep praising God in your heart and keep whispering to yourself the most powerful word Hallelujah all the time, you will see a great transformation in you within days. We have Jehovah Jireh who healeth thee.
These last couple of months have been really hard on my mental health. I've experienced anxiety and depression at an exhausting level. My mind won't stop thinking about what comes next and as the pastor said, i can't listen to what's going on in the moment. I pray to God for stillness in my mind. To know that He is with me and that I can withdraw peacefully to hear Him. Thank you for this message. 🙏🏼 God bless you all
Today was day 100 in a row of committing myself to mornings in the Bible app, it does make a difference with calming my spirit. More to grow but by God’s grace moving that way

I have struggled for years. I have conformed myself to whatever the world wanted me to be. I was in a bad place and I am trying to get to a place without all the trauma. My problem is waking up anxious not from worry or my mind racing, sometimes just speaking positive thoughts and scriptures in my mind or praying helps, but I don’t have ADHD, it’s just an anxiety over nothing. Honestly taking an antihistamine hydroxyzine first thing eases it and isn’t addictive and doesn’t make me drowsy and then I can read the Bible and go about my day. Loud restaurants and talkers or screaming babies bothers me though. I’m not sure how to fix that. But nothing is impossible w God. Getting away even to the restroom does help. Jesus is always enough, and try not to stress things you cant control you see when it comes from the living God no matter what you do you and no one can stop it and if sin or people can stop it than it’s not from God period. When it comes from God all you need is commitment and faith by works and if that doesn’t work it was never from God 🎤

You really never get over it, but we gone rejoicing that we will see our loved ones again in heaven, where they are waiting for us. Dear Father, I know that it has been eight months ago. Amen. A month and a half ago I have been getting up more earlier and committing my day soul and time to the Lord. But I never knew how sacred it’s supposed to be. I’m being bullied by. 63 yo man who was reported to authorities for breaking a law. It’s been 10 months of continuous harassment. I’ve done all what is worldly possible, police restraining order, contract to keep the peace, follow up with a cease and desist letter sent by law firm. He continues to bully. Thank you for your words and guidance to ask God, to let the spirit fill me, not to give my joy away, to seek peace…. I’m struggling still but I pray to God for daily strength and peace. Amen,
I am trying to quit social media completely. I feel like it’s taken my focus off of life. Life is a gift and my nose is so stuck in my phone every second of the day I just want to focus on myself. Sometimes I think of downloading it back (I’m 4 days strong lol) but then that verse will play in my head “be still… and know that I am god” I am praying that god will show me why he’s put this on my heart to be alone right now.

Trust me, if you keep your mind set on God all day long, it will heal. All these fancy terms such as bipolar, PTSD etc. didn’t exist earlier. These new terms are making people crazy by making people believe that they are sick. Stop trusting and declaring these so called ailments to yourself. These ailments are simply the result of lack of belief in God. Just keep praising God in your heart and keep whispering to yourself the most powerful word Hallelujah all the time, you will see a great transformation in you within days. We have Jehovah Jireh who healeth thee.

These last couple of months have been really hard on my mental health. I've experienced anxiety and depression at an exhausting level. My mind won't stop thinking about what comes next and as the pastor said, i can't listen to what's going on in the moment. I pray to God for stillness in my mind. I have struggled for years. I have conformed myself to whatever the world wanted me to be. I was in a bad place and I am trying to get to a place without all the trauma. My problem is waking up anxious not from worry or my mind racing, sometimes just speaking positive thoughts and scriptures in my mind or praying helps, but I don’t have ADHD, it’s just an anxiety over nothing. Honestly taking an antihistamine hydroxyzine first thing eases it and isn’t addictive and doesn’t make me drowsy and then I can read the Bible and go about my day. Loud restaurants and talkers or screaming babies bothers me though. I’m not sure how to fix that. But nothing is impossible w God. Getting away even to the restroom does help. Great message, thank you.

Dear precious brother in Christ. I understand how you feel. My mother passed away in 1993 and I’ve never been the same. You really never get over it, but we gone rejoicing that we will see our loved ones again in heaven, where they are waiting for us. Dear Father, I know that it has been eight months ago. I know that it is still painful for this brother. I thank You for Your Holy Spirit which comforts this man. Blessed Father, bring comfort in the pain. Bring healing when tears fall like rain. Jesus took his pain, his grief, his sorrow. I thank You that You are carrying this man and filling his Your abiding peace. In Jesus name. Amen

Also this message really connects with me the past 2 months I’ve just been running and running and running around God stuff just slowing down and just allowing him to work. Especially since I’m going through a hard time along with My bf’s incarceration which Prayers would be really appreciated but I’ve been worried about the future instead of just slowing down and allowing God to have control and work on our behalf’s

I’m being bullied by. 63 yo man who was reported to authorities for breaking a law. It’s been 10 months of continuous harassment. I’ve done all what is worldly possible, police restraining order, contract to keep the peace, follow up with a cease and desist letter sent by law firm. He continues to bully. I am trying to quit social media completely. I feel like it’s taken my focus off of life. Life is a gift and my nose is so stuck in my phone every second of the day I just want to focus on myself.
