This is brand new never fired brass, right? Why don't you just load it and fireform it? It needs to be fire formed before you even begin load development anyway.
Wow I got lazy watching way to much work for me I would have fired it first and if that didn't work then just shot it I don't have one of them 10 thousand dollar rifles if iam under one inch iam happy if it's better then a inch then iam tickled you can fall down a deep rabbit hole with loading ammo I know first hand my dad is a BR shooter he has tools I've never seen before and probably wouldn't know what to do with them his press looks like a child's toy compare to my rock checker it's not even fun to shot with my dad because when you spot for him all you do is sit what for the shot a say bull's eye you done yet.
