I started building this deck for similar reasons as you. I got Rikka Queen Strenna randomly and looked at the secret pack and once I saw Teardrop and her animation I knew I had to build the deck.
I run a similar build but I got stuck at silver tier 4 I believe. I'm tryna get to gold level at least. I guess I'm not setting up the cards the right way.
I remembered playing a rikka deck (with sweet majoram and blessed wind) last March (when they preemptively nerfed the plants in duellinks) on ygopro. I would say it is a really fun deck to play.
A good tech card for this deck is blessed winds for returning rikka cards from the grave to the deck to search them again with petal, as long as they don't destroy the card or banish you have literally infinite resources for no cost
You can always use her as material, that way once she gets detached (for some reason...) she doesn't banish, but goes to GY as usual (same as Fallen Rose) And while Rikkaro is a great deck (I play Rikkaro + Scorpio) pure Rikka can take care on its own
Found a Eldlich playing Makayashi, and I did the mistake of summoning AND activating effects from GY while the L4 was there... Hard way to learn In any case, welcome to the Rikka(roma?) club; we have waifu for days, of all ages (ehem...) and tastes And I'm pleased to see Rose girl on the deck... She can be summoned even on opponent turn, gives access to synchro, linked onto Dryas, recovered from GY and used with Snowdrop... she's one of my MVP early game FYI you can always run water support, like Bahamut Shark (Froggy plays), Spiritual Art, and Ice Mirror... wait (YT is a big place, I learned Spiritual tech yesterday)
I dont particularly play the game myself as its really take too much time for me, but i still love to see your content and gameplay with all the combo especially in master duel(MD is more fascinating with all the more complex combo than DL imo). your content is practical just to see the combo being played and fast-paced compare to other. Simplicity and practicality, maybe not for other but it work for me.
There are two decks that are performing far better than I thought. Darklord (at absolute full power are just beautiful) and Ancient Gears (Ballista, Catapult and Chaos Golem are so insane)
Finally we can spam Teardrop to our hearts content 😌👌 BTW, i got intrigued by the sheer combo potential of a version of Infernoid usig Lair of Darkness. Most cards from the deck are low rarity, except 3 SR and 2 URs, so i guess that it wouldn't be that expensive, and the deck already has a good reputation in TCG as a consistent rogue. I would give a try myself, but i can 't play Master Duel, so i left it to you, that is a specialist in Combo decks
@@DuelLinksMeme Don't forget Book of Moon and tons of cheap staples lol. Btw, the Drytron deck that my friend uses has 25 different UR/SR cards, and he still is investing on it lol
Try Rikka Negate, i played it and get to plat 5, it has beter chances against some meta decks since you can swarm the feild with appolousa and borreload. Pure Rikkas only have slim chances against some decks

Idk if i'm just not playing the deck correctly, but how do you generally do in plat with this deck? I literally only win like 3 games with them for every like 15 games lol v.v I really want to use them but so far it seems they get countered super easily
Maybe I have to revisit and do some adjustment. The environment is slightly different compapre with last 2 season. As we can't demote from plat, currently plat is kinda toxic.

I have been trying make rikka work in md, i suggest to put some recovery cards like living fossil and overdone burial. It help a lot if you get handtrap-ed.

If you start fresh in MD Your first deck is F2P. Even though you crafted all UR staple. But fun or not. I don't know. If you need something slightly competitive, fun, no complicated to learn. Most importantly, you won't take forever to finish your first turn. Dragonmaid.
Yeah, this was my first competitive deck I made simply because of teardrop animation lol. I couldnt resist! Plus I like plants in general. I'm still missing lots of pieces though. I usually prioritize blossom for normal summon, then snowdrop for quick teardrop summon. but I see the play maker is probably mudan, with that rushed flurries! I like to have at least 2 flurries because usually the opponent will find a way to pop it somehow.

Rikka is fun. Luckily I learned the basic from DL, and just add on the new plant support I can found (with low rarity) and make them works lol.

im using your real shiranui deck. im only missing the vandread link. im at silver now and my only loss was against a darklord deck.
They still have room to improve as I getting more and more understanding about the tcg environment. Maybe will visit them again in near future.

資源是真的有限，手坑只能慢慢找機會合成。
以組出卡組核心為優先，但是一有餘裕的資源就會補上手坑。
（目前追加了墓穴指名者，每次要演牌吃G都吃飽了，也能搞掉羅主任）

Yeah, this was my first competitive deck I made simply because of teardrop animation lol. I couldnt resist! Plus I like plants in general. I'm still missing lots of pieces though. I usually prioritize blossom for normal summon, then snowdrop for quick teardrop summon. but I see the play maker is probably mudan, with that rushed flurries! I like to have at least 2 flurries because usually the opponent will find a way to pop it somehow.
They just need to gift us a kaiju...
