This is the first deck I played in the modern TCG, and one of the first I made in master duel. Loved playing it a bunch, and spent so much time just messing around with it. Felt like a strong deck for sure, waiting for trouble sunny to come out! As for a tech I don’t see you running, I use sky cavalry centaurea + downerd magician to make a 4 material zeus off of a single live twin summon. If I know I can swing in safely, and I know my opponent can’t play through 2 zeus activations, I can easily cheese an undeserved win. Helps against decks like eldlitch and other backrow decks if you pop your opponent’s board but already exhausted a bunch of your own resources. Can’t tell you how useful the card has been in my ranked games. Won against several eldlitch players by summoning him and just wiping their field when needed.
A cool thing about this archetype is that it's quite versatile (despite locking you into fiends after using their tag team revival effects), there's a lot of very different playstyles you can go for with it. I'm running a more anti-combo list using a bunch of extenders (parallel exceed + some lvl 3 dangers) + 1 copy of GG EZ, so I can go first, summon both Evil Twins, get a couple of extra bodies on the field to use them with Lil-la to summon Knightmare Gryphon and, if I got a leftover Secret Password, I can search GG EZ to protect Gryphon against Lightning Storm/Raigeki. The Evil Twins are just naturally good agains most control and mid-range decks, so having Gryphon to back them up agaist combo is pretty nice, and the both the Twins and the Danger monsters synergise really well with Forbidden Droplet, so make sure to run 3 of those for some ridiculously high value interactions Edit: almost forgot the most valuable thing about this version of the deck I'm running: the possibility to BM the opponent by flipping GG EZ whenever I want LMAO
Best deck. 10/10. this is the deck that got me back into YGO again after almost 2 decades. super flexible, can tech in a lot of different cards. honestly a super fun deck that doesn't take 5 hours to go full combo and doesn't feel unfair to play or play against. built the deck before trouble sunny was even a thought and have been tuning it ever since. IRL I run a dogmatika splash for higher OTK potential, extra pop/albaz play, and negate from fleur.

Sunny is a great card for them, but nothing will stop me to play main deck Evil*Twin... as her art is reason enough to play them; and maybe add chaos space alongside password, not only for the effect and big numbers, but for emotional support (by having her on hand)
I like using Link Disciple and Link Devotee on this deck. You just need your starters and an extender (either Frost or Treat). You can end your turn with Masquerena and your Link Twins. On your oponent's turn, you can use Masquerena to summon Underworld Goddess, which is a neat disruption.

Use Disciple Eff to tribute your Devotee (get 1 card and return 1 card) If Devotee is tributed, you get to special summon two tokens, which you use to summon Masquerena Link away Frost and Disciple to bring Evil Twin Kisikil, then you go on with your regular Evil Twin combos. Your end board will have Evil Twin Kisikil and Masquerena, which gives you two interruptions on your oppontent's turn.
I always try to go first with Twins. Twins are awesome cause they're almost unbrickable even in the new meta. You can get up to 15 cards using only live twin spells and monsters that will let you start your combo. In a 40 or 50 card deck those are amazing odds and well improved odds for handtrap resistance. with the way master duel works, to rank up you need like a minimum of 5-4 games in a row without bricking and that's why I love this deck.
The only problem with Live Twins is building an OTK board. I've augmented that with Envoy of Chaos and Diabolos. It's not often but with graveyard resources, using Evil Twins/diabolos as discard material for their summon spell card, and using Envoy of Chaos two attacks it's easy to get an OTK board up to prevent an opening slipping away and getting hit by someone rebuilding their board off a single card.
For poor F2Ps and dolphins like myself, here are some good non-UR going second cards: - Enemy Controller: Excellent in saving materials from your extra deck. You tribute one of your link twins, and then chain to bring her back immediately to proc effect. - Kaiju monsters: Gadarla is good enough and plays around barrier statue. But if you crafted some others Kaiju like Gameciel, it's fine too. - Evenly Matched: Underrated board wipe. But it can be negated by monster, so you need to run Droplet, Chalice, Imperm or any other hand monster effect negate to safeguard it. - Forbidden Chalice: Self explained. Cheap replacement option for Droplet. - Twin Twisters: For backrow heavy decks like D.D.D. and eldlich. - Royal Decree: This deck doesn't run much trap cards. It's a free win against D.D.D. and eldlich, but will brick you from time to time. Meta driven tech. - Torrential Tribute: A cheap front row wipe, but usually too slow to save you from turn 3 Accesscoder.

One thing I like to run is Sky Cavalry Centaurea and Zeus since all the twins are level 2 you have easy access to it. If you have the space run Downerd Magician as well. Zero-Day Blaster is another neat piece of interruption as well. Also combos with Unchained Abomination if you use it.
When I think of the term "budget friendly", I definitely wasn't expecting over 70% of the deck to be full of SRs & URs... I wanted to make this as a side deck but that doesn't even seem possible without really going all in. The Evil Twin Unchained variation is starting to look more feasible...
If it makes you feel better, most of the SRs/URs in the list are generic good cards that can be put in any (or at least most) decks. The full Twin package is 3 normals, 9-10 rares, 9-10 SR, and 3-4 UR (the 1 of combined twins card is pretty optional and you can run some generics instead). The extra deck hurts a lot, but the links are usually generically good. I made a full Twins deck and 75% of the URs/SRs are shared by my Dragonmaid deck.
I like how the deck works and the card effects, but I am concerned if it is easily countered because everyone is playing ash blossom and other hand traps.
Maxx C, Nibiru and DD Crow are the strongest hand traps against Pure Twins I feel. Cards like ash, veiler and ghost belle stop a play but don’t usually stop the entire combo since you have 3 archetypal cards that recover a combo, and 2 archetypal tutors. Personally I’ve been playing more Unchained Twins and Eldlich Twins. Edit: I should mention that Skill Drain and Gozen Match are rather strong against Twins in my experience and are common floodgates in Eldlich.
You need Linguriboh, my boy. Also, Link Disciple/Link Devotee are good for Link 1 plays going into Exceeds, in case your Twins get negated. I run Twins on MD and irl, nothing more fun than Disc/Devote into IP into Big Doggo or Avramax on your opponents turn. Cut a Challenge and Present, look into Backup Secretary or an extra body
Think if we're going for f2p friendly, Marincess is a better option. Consistently plus, better version of infinite imperm with recursion, and no UR required for the core deck, all SR or less. Specifically 2 maindeck SR cards and 3 extra deck SR cards (so 15 total SR if you want full playsets, probably not necessary for the extra deck monsters). So if you've got the hand traps you need to be consistent in this meta, you can run the deck on the cheap. It's not tier 1 of course, but it's consistent.

I run Live/Evil Twin deck with dogmatika with cherries on top are I:P Masquerena and Underworld Goddess of the Closed World my answer to clean some nasty monster and having fun playing master duel with it since the game release. Note: If not running dogmatika usually i'll put Sky Cavalry Centaurea, Drowned Magician and Zeus.
You can substitute ghost belle with other hand traps like crossout designator or other spell/trap for nasty continuous spell/trap so you can use something cheaper like cosmic, twin twister, or anything you like to use but well for me ecclesia already enough for me to search nadir or punishment to pop nasty backrow and you can use 1 more N'tss if needed.
Been getting to some Amazing duels using Mekk-Knights and my build is very good going 2nd and it’s no long chains. It’s super easy to summon all your monsters. I recommend it especially if you use them with Kaiju’s
@@chaosinfernoid9008 just them raw lol I know that invoker is the “optimal” way and I saw someone with a crystal beast engine which makes a lot of sense because of the interactions MK’s make. I might get the invoker package but I like having a balance of monsters, traps, and spells

Played against this deck earlier and it was a close call and neither of us could do anything but stall out, until he got impatient and attacked only for me to respond with a magic musketeer magic card that ruined all his plans and left his field wide open. He really shouldn't have bet on his big beat stick after stalling for so long and letting me stack my hand with so many magic/trap cards to respond to attacks.

so until we get the boss monster, how do we feel about playing the knightmare Gryphon lock? if you open exceed whenever you go into your plays you instead of re-linking blue and pink into the pink you go exceed and the blue into gryphon and soft lock your opp out of non-linked monster effects?
agreed, what are your thought's on knightmare gryphon as a pseudo boss card? if you open exceed and main line combo it becomes easy to soft lock your opp out of card effects, since gryphon will cancel any non linked cards effects, and you still get your pop effect off Lil-la
They're 4 varients of Live twins / evil twins Dogmatika evil twins Eldlich evil twins Pure evil twins Unchained evil twins. Gunzblazing is running pure which his build could use a bit more backrow hate higher on the ladder such as a cosmic cyclone or two due to the amount of decks such as eldlich. I would also encourage running an impermenace and more veilers. I would recommend hiroki's builds in the main cord. He's the first person to hit plat 1 with evil twins and he hangs about in amincord Ecks ection evil twins
how often do you draw your negates in this deck? because I've been playing this for a while in plat and over half the time I am unable to draw any of them. plus it can't seem to get you past plat 5 also are you sure it's best to go second using this deck because I have barely won a single game going second using this deck

dragonmaid is the more begginer friendly deck plus you can make it rlly competitive if you want to in the future,.. evil★twin is a rlly fun to play deck and also very consistend but is not that begginer friendly as my beloved dragonmammys XDDD

Can you look into doing a Traptrix video? Have a lot of interest in that deck, and I have heard it is good enough to reach platinum with some practice. Love your videos cause of the in depth deck combos/strats, plus actual gameplay with walkthrough on it.

May I ask you a question? TH-cam has been recommending me Six Samurai infinite combos. The deck seems pretty strong and able to stop many deck builds. I was wondering if your deck could possibly beat a Six Samurai Turn 1 lockdown. If so how? And could you post a video of you facing off against a Six Samurai deck/player?
i think the issue that most people face when playing six sams is that the deck isn't as consistent as some may like, and the deck has many faults to handtraps... i def like the deck, and i think were talking about the same version, and if so i'd give it a try. it seems super fun to play. my only thing would be is that you have to practice the combos to actually be able to reliably combo off.

I don't hate Six Samurai, I kind of like them a bunch, I just find it a bit odd that on TH-cam I never see videos where people are beating Six Samurai players. I'm old school and to be honest really struggling to understand all of this Link stuff. I feel its spoilt the game unsure if it's me not wanting to adapt or if it as though.
If you really want to play I would say to try a cheap link deck yourself. If you don't want to use links, there are other decks that don't use them at all! Cyber Dragon is an awesome deck that isn't really expensive in terms of gems or CP.

You should also play a small Zeus package. Sky cavalry or Gachi Gachi along with downerd magician and Zeus to out problematic boards.

Double Called by the Grave is a must in this deck imo. It's not unplayable without it but it gets a lot more consistent if you run them.

I run Live/Evil Twin deck with dogmatika with cherries on top are I:P Masquerena and Underworld Goddess of the Closed World my answer to clean some nasty monster and having fun playing master duel with it since the game release.
Note: If not running dogmatika usually i'll put Sky Cavalry Centaurea, Drowned Magician and Zeus.

You can substitute ghost belle with other hand traps like crossout designator or other spell/trap for nasty continuous spell/trap so you can use something cheaper like cosmic, twin twister, or anything you like to use but well for me ecclesia already enough for me to search nadir or punishment to pop nasty backrow and you can use 1 more N'tss if needed.

Been getting to some Amazing duels using Mekk-Knights and my build is very good going 2nd and it’s no long chains. It’s super easy to summon all your monsters. I recommend it especially if you use them with Kaiju’s
I probably will build them, how do you run them other then Kaiju and what Engine do you run as well? Im curious.
@@chaosinfernoid9008 just them raw lol I know that invoker is the “optimal” way and I saw someone with a crystal beast engine which makes a lot of sense because of the interactions MK’s make. I might get the invoker package but I like having a balance of monsters, traps, and spells

Played against this deck earlier and it was a close call and neither of us could do anything but stall out, until he got impatient and attacked only for me to respond with a magic musketeer magic card that ruined all his plans and left his field wide open. He really shouldn't have bet on his big beat stick after stalling for so long and letting me stack my hand with so many magic/trap cards to respond to attacks.

so until we get the boss monster, how do we feel about playing the knightmare Gryphon lock? if you open exceed whenever you go into your plays you instead of re-linking blue and pink into the pink you go exceed and the blue into gryphon and soft lock your opp out of non-linked monster effects?

agreed, what are your thought's on knightmare gryphon as a pseudo boss card? if you open exceed and main line combo it becomes easy to soft lock your opp out of card effects, since gryphon will cancel any non linked cards effects, and you still get your pop effect off Lil-la

Gunzblazing is running pure which his build could use a bit more backrow hate higher on the ladder such as a cosmic cyclone or two due to the amount of decks such as eldlich. I would also encourage running an impermenace and more veilers. I would recommend hiroki's builds in the main cord. He's the first person to hit plat 1 with evil twins and he hangs about in amincord Ecks ection evil twins

I remove traps and added crossout, this deck is basically a degenrate deck really and I love it
how often do you draw your negates in this deck? because I've been playing this for a while in plat and over half the time I am unable to draw any of them. plus it can't seem to get you past plat 5 also are you sure it's best to go second using this deck because I have barely won a single game going second using this deck

dragonmaid is the more begginer friendly deck plus you can make it rlly competitive if you want to in the future,.. evil★twin is a rlly fun to play deck and also very consistend but is not that begginer friendly as my beloved dragonmammys XDDD

wish i could activate the evil twin effect multiple times to maxx c challenge my opponent, the closest attempt i could only get them down to 10 cards even with a perfect hand and good pot of avarice draw. otherwise great deck

Can you look into doing a Traptrix video? Have a lot of interest in that deck, and I have heard it is good enough to reach platinum with some practice. Love your videos cause of the in depth deck combos/strats, plus actual gameplay with walkthrough on it.

May I ask you a question? TH-cam has been recommending me Six Samurai infinite combos. The deck seems pretty strong and able to stop many deck builds. I was wondering if your deck could possibly beat a Six Samurai Turn 1 lockdown. If so how? And could you post a video of you facing off against a Six Samurai deck/player?
i think the issue that most people face when playing six sams is that the deck isn't as consistent as some may like, and the deck has many faults to handtraps... i def like the deck, and i think were talking about the same version, and if so i'd give it a try. it seems super fun to play. my only thing would be is that you have to practice the combos to actually be able to reliably combo off.
@@chiefgaming7692 Yeah the Six Samurai decks I was thinking of were those on TH-cam. I don't hate Six Samurai, I kind of like them a bunch, I just find it a bit odd that on TH-cam I never see videos where people are beating Six Samurai players. It's a bit unusual when people typically post about defeating all kind of deck archetypes.

I'm old school and to be honest really struggling to understand all of this Link stuff. I feel its spoilt the game unsure if it's me not wanting to adapt or if it as though.
My current main 2 decks I've put together is Gadgets and Gravekeepers, on way for a skull servant. Getting out paced on most games 😂
If you really want to play I would say to try a cheap link deck yourself. If you don't want to use links, there are other decks that don't use them at all!
Cyber Dragon is an awesome deck that isn't really expensive in terms of gems or CP.
