The real tragedy of Lord of the Rings is that Tolkien's own family - after only two generations (his grand kids) - are squandering a major facet of the man's life work - the very thing that put a sliver spoon in their mouths -, all because they can't be bothered to personally manage his estate like their father - Tolkien's son - did.

The Return of Captain Invincible is weird but enjoyable, and definitely ahead of its time.
The only thing I can even remember from 2012 movie-wise was seeing Avengers, Skyfall, and I think a Twilight film's poster/billboard everywhere.
If it wasn't for a teacher explaining the "significance" of Disney buying Lucasfilm then, I don't think I would've known anything about Star Wars before The Force Awakens came out.
If i remember right, the guy who sky dove from space actually lost consciousness for a bit on the way down. I dont think it was very long but i cant imagine blacking out then waking up just "what happened? Oh ya im falling from space,"
I liked the Craig Bond films and they got better upon watching again. They were closer to the Ian Fleming books.

I watched all the Daniel Craig James bond movies just a couple years ago. I can't remember anything about them.
I can't remember anything about any but the last one, and that is only because I saw the last one a few months ago.
I remember a fight at bonds childhood home I think. I remember Javier Hardee's face being weird, him being captured and escaping, and the shooting the glass off a girls head. That's it.
Roger Moore was also great as The Saint

Bond didn't really kill Knick Knack though, at the very end you see him tied up against the mast

i would love for Critical Drinker, Nerdrotic, Little Platoon, et al to perhaps make a video comparing the strong female leads when cinema was great, like Beatrix Kiddo from Kill Bill and compare her against the tropes and empty vessels that we get today, i.e.) Guyladriel...you guys will leave a lasting legacy for this small, but growing minority that has grown tired of the mainstream movies, heroes/heroines that we have to suffer today...great job u all

Can we all agree falcon in the winter soldier at this point is now probably one of the best marvel shows after echo and this show falcon and the Winter soldier and Wandavison is the best top tier material they made everything else has just fallen off a cliff into a chasm of dynamite filled with lemon juice and needles

grizzly vs tiger? depends on tiger and grizzly. If you max a Siberian tiger and the grizzly is about the same size as the tiger, my bet is on the tiger. Siberian tigers actively hunt Russian brown bear up to about 600 pounds. If the bear is even close to average healthy weight the tiger is toast. I don't see any tiger beating any bear if the bear is near or over 1000 pounds. This assumes that neither is too old or young and healthy.

Two thoughts I had during the livestream: First, 47:13 It might have been interesting about Agatha thinking she's in a crime drama if it was sort of done in the style of when Tony Soprano had the "Kevin Finnerty" section. He knew his name was Tony Soprano, but people thought he was Kevin Finnerty. That might have been something, sort of along the lines I think of what Az was getting at on a larger point. But alas, the show was a waste of time. Second 1:01:22 I have to ask (again): is that not the SAME guy who questioned Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot with their whole "She's not going to be saved by the prince" interview???
