In my opinion, the only pink perfume missing from your list is the Mon Guerlain range :) It's so funny how bottles are important to us, fragrance lovers!! From descriptions I hear of the Viva la Juicy range, I am 80% sure I wouldn't like the scent, but I feel like buying it anyway just because the bottle is so gorgeous, hahaha!!
I am happy to hear you say you prefer Mon Paris over Black Opium. I love both but Mon Paris is my #2 fave overall, and I do therefore like it better than Black Opium.

Fresh blossom by dkny is one of my favorite pink perfume and I love bright crystal absolu I find it last long for me in winter it’s projection during winter is better sadly fresh blossom only last maybe 3-4 hours if that. I love your content btw 💕💖

One of my fave pink summer fragrances is Jimmy Choo Blossom EDP with lovely grapefruit and raspberry (which I discovered because of you! 🤗). I also like Ralph Lauren's Beyond Romance EDP which is pink liquid in a frosted bottle. It's vanilla with a hit of jasmine, but I like it best as a fall/winter fragrance.

I perceive Mon Geurlain as a light purple color and not pink.
Narciso Rodriguez For Her EDP would be my top pick...I think the baby pink bottle is a perfect match for the fragrance.
