Would love to hear how the Speed Beast compares to the Speed Freek. The Freek was an interesting show with more cushioning than the Razor that I found to be good for long runs and temp runs.
The speed elite & freek toe box tapered too aggressively for me and pinched my pinkie toe. Ow that this platform is wider, is there also more room in the upper especially at the toe box?
I don't like when Skechers plaster Speed over the shoes. Let the shoe stand (or run) on its merits. That said, hypercritical TPU foam is definitely an upgrade for Skechers over their hypercritical EVA. How does this compare with Razor 4 which also has the same foam and H-plate? I feel Razor might be a bit more versatile than this one.
And Razor 4 has a way lower stack height of 30/26 vs 40/36 for Beast so a less cushioned shoe. I also think despite stack of Beast its rocker is more effective
Not much. It is a rocker type shoe due to the front stack, plate, and outsole. The rocker works really well for me as said in the video and especially for a 4mm drop shoe not always the case

Thanks for the initial review! Endorphin Pro 3 was my first impression as well. Is the speed beast "mushy" like the Pro 3?
Would try this but have endo speed 3 and love it!
I too have Endo Speed 3 and prefer due to smoother integration of and its more flexible plate

This has more stack 6mm more and the new foam is not as firm and bouncier

Not at all tapered as shown in video. A really fine toe box for me.
Which is softer ? GO Run Speed Beast or ASICS GEL Nimbus 25? I am a heel striker. Any advice ?
Speed Beast is softer and bouncier with Nimbus 25 springier. I tend to heel strike and find Nimbus 25 heel overdone and blocky in comparison to here

Softer more sure, heavier than Razor 4, and more pleasant to run for me

But for sure Razor 4 would be a snappier more daily trainer to faster shoe than Beast for many
