I feel like dark as he grows up and become more mature he will become the best 1s player for years, best mechanics I’ve ever seen.
I doubt it, pretty sure everyone said something similar about arsenal.
He has the mechanics but he can't counter the sheer intelligence of the opponents who proceed to read Dark like an open book and then play him like a fiddle.

Hey Johnny, I love these 1v1 tournaments and series! I had a quick suggestion for the youtube videos: I loved that you did a small bracket showing at the end of the video… for us TH-cam followers, its nice to get a recap of the bracket after each match. I don’t want to check the live liquipedia and ruin results but seeing the standings after each series like this would be awesome. Thanks man, love your content
It was really a game of who would make the least amount of mistakes. That's when you know you've got world class talent. Great players, great commentary, great show!
I like how First sees this absolute maniac who can pull off the craziest mechanics I've seen double flip resetting towards him, and calmly blocks it and walks the ball into the goal.
So entertaining to see dark keeping up with these big names, truly getting better day after day
dark is nuts, it's good to see freestyle mechanics are useful in 1's even at the highest level. great plays by firstkiller though

The collision of skillsets on display here is so mind-bendingly developed and textured that you just watch half of it with your mouth hanging open picturing two absolute merciless gladiators sent to assassinate one another.
5:00 not a mechanical mistake it's a forced error by Firstkiller, if Dark shoots that it's a weak shot right into First's possession and Dark is overextended with no boost to recover. Dark chooses best play by flipping towards where the ball is heading taking the 50/50.
Dark played very well, he’s a relative new comer playing against a seasoned pro he held his own to say the least. Firstkiller looks in great form but I still don’t think he has a chance against TRK or RW9.

I feel like the way Dark plays it means he pushes himself constantly, and I'm the same way, very competitively. Always going for something, the right fake, the right bump, the right ball touches, even in Worlds, he cant help himself to play easy, he's always pushing for perfection.

I honestly don’t think Dark needs to or should change his play style. The way he goes about it although not the best way to go about in some situations. He plays games like he’s practicing, so when everyone else is trying to win games, hes just improving at a higher rate. Eventually the skill gap will be to much because no one can catch his pace of improving.

I’m telling you something for a fact, If you watch the Daniel v Dark game you will see the biggest prodigy in 1s. Dark is an unreal player and i always love watching him because its a thing of joy, ggs
Agreed. Saudi players are greatly underappreciated, both in the comments and the commentary. The skills displayed by Dark here and against Daniel were phenomenal. But the bias in the commentary is understandable, as Johnny is a European.

why is the cam always on dark
Dark goes for flashy air dripples with flip resets and pogos. Leaves himself on the opposite side of field with no boost. Firstkiller protects his net and then rushes it to Darks net. Dark can't catch up cause he used all his boost in the air. If you can defend your net and boom shots across the map you'll beat dark as long as he doesn't carry the ball on his hood an flip into net.

When NA players lose to MENA players on EU servers while both having 90-100 ping (both same ping or 10-20ms difference) suddenly it becomes unfair for NA.
But when MENA players lose to EU players while MENA players having 90-100 ping and EU players 20-30 ping (70ms difference) > fair and square.

Has anyone found dark’s controller senses?
I think that Dark was not meccanicly feeling it today. He got a clip with the pogo like against every oponet i think. (Right? He got a pogo on everyone i think) but still he was not as creative wich shows that he was not on top of his meccanical capabilities. Idk i just feel like that. But ggs fk is a tuff oponents in every RL game mode (2s, 3s or 1s.)
