Just search on TH-cam "Alex Summers on it @ Doune course" or something like that haha. I only know this because I've seen it on Facebook, trust me it's mental. Hope I helped :)

it was sped up and kept the sound at standard rate
Nearly every comment on that hillclimb's onboard videos states the same crap over and over. The camera has a much wider FOV than usual, thats literally just it. Cover the right and left 1/3 of the screen and just focus on the center 1/3. There, it looks normal. Now cover the center 1/3 and watch the left and right parts. There, it seems sped up.

I did a rally driving course and one of the top drivers in Australia said that rallying at the top level was basically involved driving too fast into the corners then relying on your skills to get you out of trouble.
i cannot imagine myself driving at this speed. crazy!

At 4:13 , the driver is Simon Pagenaud, the french indycar champion in 2016. He did the "Rallye de la Vienne" in France and he won it. It was very impressive to see ( because i'm french too )
