Absolutely thrilled with our Nissan X-Trail! 🚗 Managed an impressive 678 miles on a single tank of fuel (55 litres) using the 2WD ePower. Super comfy, great tech - couldn't be happier!
The E:Power is quite nippy with its sub 7 sec 0-100km/h in Sport mode - impressive for such a big heavy vehicle. The very top spec twin motor AWD E:Power with Nappa, Bose, glass roof, 20” wheels etc is only $AUD63K including all taxes and delivery charges or about £32,500. Jeez you get ripped off on cheapish Japanese cars.
I received delivery of my Tekna plus e4orce in September, I specified the light tan leather interior with the pearlescent white paint and it looks fabulous. Having bought new Mercedes previous two vehicles I thought it would feel more downmarket but it actually doesn`t. It is filled with tech, very comfortable and a decent drive also having better fuel economy than my old (2018) diesel Mercs. The main reason though I chose the Nissan rather than replacing with another Mercedes was the almost £30 000 saving!
Congrats on your purchase 🎉 I hope your enjoying it. We just couldn’t handle the wait and changed our order to a 2wd Tekna but I must say I am truly impressed with it.
Maybe you miss the big E Force EV like driving experience including One Pedal driving. My brother took delivery of an X Trail E Force TI in Sydney. An exceptional package. So quiet & responsive and well finished. Decided the 4WD was better value than an equivalent 2WD Qashqai.
Love it but no spare tyre…after having a puncture on the Gold Coast M1 had to wait 1 hour to get a truck to pick up the car and to find after 2 hours that the hole was too big to be repair(0nly had 10000km on the Michelin tyre). Provisional tyre was installed and was able to reach Brisbane.Had to come back to Helensvale to mount the new Michelin tyre,3 days later…I sold my Beautiful Nissan to my son and I bought a Toyota RAV4 Cruiser with a spare tyre…I certainly do not want to be stocked again on the road as I travel often to Sydney from Brisbane…or anywhere in the West of Brisbane.😭😭😭😱😱😱
As a gen 2 owner i foind the X ex tremely reliable and the engine smooth. However on choppy roads being shaken side ways shows to me a lacking in the suspension. In that regards the germans are way ahead. Lovely drive on a smooth road or when loaded.
Mine died after 5 months just stopped dead they don’t know why and don’t know how to fix it been in the dealers 6 weeks told them I don’t want it back giving me a new qasqai as replacements next week

@@Grumpycycling65 frustrating that you’re without your car for 6 weeks and no doubt the dealership is scratching their heads as to how to get out of this as cheaply as possible. Good on you for digging your heals in and accepting nothing less than a replacement. From what i have read, the e power system has been in Japanese market for about 8 years so perhaps your issue is a first as surely those 8 years would have uncovered some problems and fixes if it was design related?
Worst car we've ever had 60 electronic faults mainly to do with the lane holding system, but the ride is like a Morris Minor, bends that I can only manage at 42 mph in this because the road surface is not smooth my old Ford Galaxy did at 70 mph and the new Ford Kuga does at 70 mph and could easily do more. This so called car that has safety features managed to put the brakes on on the left side and pull me into another vehicle causing scuffing to both cars. Not bad considering this is my first collision in 43 years of driving and and well over 2 million miles of which over 700000 were towing. Nissan said that it's new technology so it's not perfect and when it went to be diagnosed initially said no faults. we then found there were over 60 OBD errors. Nissan offered to take it back in for another go at fixing it, we refused. Then Nissan offered us a replacement vehicle which we refused and it's gone back under finance, we're not risking our lives on Nissans new technology.
Now built in Japan. I'll take that for quality every time. That's a significant selling point.

My 2.5 L Naturally Aspirated Ti-L (Range topper AWD) does around 700 km per full tank of fuel. Not too bad for Naturally Aspirated AWD then.
Just bought our 2nd e power Tekna and should be picking it up in a couple weeks. Can’t wait.

100 percent this. Thats why I am getting the same model. Yiu save a bargain and get premium quality. What else do you want?

I can't see Outlander in EU websites and I really want it. Going to get the XTRAIL. Videos are 1 year old now and they never launched it here.
Thinking of ordering the Tekna e4orce. Feels very spacious
Me too!
I ordered. will get delivered on 29/8/24 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Why the bigger motor on front not rear to reduce understeer?
Also they can use a 2L desil engine to drive the generator.
Add 70 KLMs of plug-in range, and you have a real winner.
It would be better if you had more B-roll so you don’t have to be as repetitive of the same shots over and over
I think the non epower version is the go.
epowerまたはe4forceは異次元の走りで、パネル操作も最新のテクノロジーを感じられます。是非このシリーズを検討下さい。

A full polluting EV, well done nissan
I don't no why this is called a hybrid, it is fueled by petrol only.
This car is very UGLY from inside
Which model is top one in X-Trail how do you think about safety system?
