Currently hunting for a new pos system to replace toast. The hardware fails constantly. The dip/card tap readers fail. Each pos screen has 3 spots that you can plug the card reader in and as soon as they all inevitably fail, you have to purchase a new screen all together. I’m 2 years into my contract and willing to keep paying toast for the duration of my contract and still get a new POS system because it has failed so much that it’s costing me more money and business than I will lose.
If you tell us a little bit more about your business, we can recommend a strong POS that can eliminate a lot of those issues that come with Toast. We have a list of 15 different POS systems to choose from. We've switched hundreds of businesses from Toast already. Book a call with us, and we can get you a live Facetime/Zoom demo. cotsuji.clickfunnels.com/optintbeuuyx4
Also, depending on how much monthly sales your business does, our processing company can cover the majority of the cost of the POS. So it's very little out of pocket for you
A business has to pay credit card processing fees no matter who they choose. A bank/credit card processor or a POS. Toast provides a credit card analysis to customers to beat their current rates. Not sure why that is a bad thing. How do you 86 items on this POS? Is it integrated with online ordering and Google integrated? Lots of questions unanswered here. Nice demonstration of the product though.
Our POS your customer has the option to pay the fees. Toast also is charging $.99 on online orders over $10 AND you still have to pay the Cc processing fee. So that’s 12% that’s going to toast on online orders. Inventory is tracked through our POS so if an item is running low, the system automatically knows to 86 it. It can be integrated with Google, QuickBooks, DoorDash, ubereats, etc. if you’d like to see the system live, you can always book a free demo with us. We can answer those specific questions
What customer will elect to pay the fee? Before you pass on processing fees to a customer. Make sure it is legal in your state. Not all states is legal. 99¢ fee lasted one day. Postmate and Ubereats are the most used in my City. You don't integrate with Postmate. I do like your $1.25 flat delivery fee on Ubereats and Doordash. Your inventory software is substandard. I will not go into all the reasons why (to many) but, I have be told the new version coming the first quarter of 2024 should cover all or most of the short comings. I will wait and see. You being a sales person should provide better facts and should not mislead. Is everything in your system better than Toast? No. But, There are items in your system Toast can not touch. This is what you want to sale. To put it blunt. Toast has items that your system can not compete with. Don't lie and pretend that it can. Stick with everything your system is better than Toast. That's what you want to sale. @@ChadThePOSGuy
Processing fees are not paid for by servers. Processing fees are paid for by the business or the customer if the business sets their system up to put the fee on the customer. It comes out of your deposit from your credit card sales. Servers prefer cash so they can not claim it as income and pay taxes on it. It has nothing to do with credit card processing fees. They have to pay taxes on credit card tips because they aren’t hidden. Cash tips can be hidden. I was a server for almost a decade and now own a restaurant.
Yes sir. If you wanted to you could even have a custom QR code for each table. This way you know exactly what table ordered the food. I actually have some time tonight if you want to shoot me a call. swiy.co/GordonRamsayPOS

If you use credit or debit in any restaurant there is a fee for processing that payment regardless of who you use. The difference being is that you own the equipment unlike say using chase were you rent the machines for around 50 a month per machine.
Hi Chad , i just subscribed to your channel Today and love you info on Pos Systems.... I am a new sales rep for Exatouch Pos Systems and would like to know if you have heard of them and what you think >? I am researching competion like Toast & Sqare in my area and want to present local merchants with a better alternative to save their Business Money each month !!!!! Do you kow if they sign a 36month lease and what is cost to break that lease ? Thnx Joe
It’s usually very expensive. From what I’ve seen, business owners can’t break the lease or they have to pay the full amount. So if they typically pay Toast $1000 per month, if they cancel a 36 month lease they legally owe toast $36k. It’s sucks but that’s the deal they signed
Yes it does! If you need a barcode scanner, we can also attach one to the POS as well. Shoot us a call and we can answer all of your questions cotsuji.clickfunnels.com/optintbeuuyx4
I appreciated the humor in your Mickey Mouse video, where you compared the costs of Toast's software to your own POS solution. You highlighted that Toast charges 2.69%, resulting in a business receiving $97.31 for a $100 sale. However, you didn't disclose that your solution charges customers a 4% fee per transaction, which is significantly higher than Toast's fee. Furthermore, considering the average ticket price for most restaurants is $20-$30, a 4% fee seems excessive. I'm disappointed to see misleading marketing tactics in our industry.
I am opening a Brewpub. I would like to have my POS system to do employee scheduling, payroll, inventory in addition to the actual transactions for customer sales. Is this possible with your system?
Absolutely! I did not cover those things in this video, but it can definitely do employee scheduling, payroll, inventory management, tips, etc. It also can connect with QuickBooks to make accounting A LOT easier. Depends on state. Added to prices in some places,.. paid by servers using the CC in most. (Why servers prefer cash)
