    Bought the sperax 2 in 1. It is super useful to get my steps in while watching TV or on a work call. I find the treadmill arm the most useful piece of this. I general walk at the 4.6mph pace. The easiest way to get going is press on twice, then the 3/6 button. To pause a work out hit on once. It will go off automatically, so no need to turn off the power switch. I will sat it was a pain to get the belt aligned and the tension adjusted properly, but mine is good to go for now. I read that a lot of people over tighten the belts reducing longevity so you may want to keep that in mind when adjusting.
    One tip to remember is, "righty tighty", "lefty loosey" when adjusting the screws. Whichever side the belt is running up on, tighten that side a quarter turn and then loosen the opposite side a quarter turn (ignore the stickers and manual because they are super confusing). If the belt is slipping, tighten both sides a quarter turn; repeat until the slipping stops. If you are concerned it is over tight, you can loosen both sides a quarter turn until it starts to slip and then tighten a bit from there. Keep in mind that the belt will need to be tighter for heavier people to prevent slipping (so don't set based on the lightest person using it_. If the top of the belt is off, unfortunately you'd have to take off the cover (three screws) and there is one adjustment screw there as well. Hope this helps.

    Great review! What are their top speeds? Are they the same? Thanks!

    • @adventurestohealth
      @adventurestohealth  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Their top speeds are different... The sperax top speed is 6.2 MPH and the Urevo top speed is 4MPH, but keep in mind that the Sperax is a treadmill and the Urevo is a walking pad

      It's best to have a treadmill pad under it for better airflow from the motor.

      That's a great question and it really depends. I find myself using the Urevo more because it's a bit more convenient because I like the pause function, but both are great!

    I bought the sperax walkng pad/treadmill. Got it today. Easy set up. Works well. Quiet. However, the instructional booklet I received is totally lacking. No phone number to call for any problems or questions, not even a website mentioned to google to find out info. If anything goes wrong, I don't know who to call. This may be a waste of $250 in the future. Hopefully I will get my moneys worth, but no support whatsoever for questions or support.

    and again, like with almost all reviews that link to Amazon, Amazon.... doesn't have it on stock ...
    And most reviews like this are either for US only so it seems, since a lot of models, are not available in Europe.

    Hello, thanks for the great review! Quick question, which one do you think is quieter? And is any of them go fast enough for a slow jog?
    Thanks!

    • @adventurestohealth
      @adventurestohealth  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I think the Urevo is slightly quieter. The sperax is better suited for a light jog because the speed goes higher than the Urevo, which is a walking pad
